Donte, Ryan got my oil change done in 15 minutes. I haven’t been to a Jiffy Lube in like 15 years. But they e stepped up their service and quality control. They have multiple people verify oil levels were correct and things in the bay were in working order. Gone are the days of individual technician mistakes because they seem to check each others work now. And coupons!! Def coming back.

Last night and this angel and it sounds absolutely crazy his name was Nicholas he was riding on a scooter and a police officer was about to pull us over. Nicholas intervened he waved the cop off and swore that he would help us fix our tail lights which were dead and out we proceeded to the jiffy lube which was closed he fixed our vehicle in the parking lot are wires were all messed up but he fixed it fairly quickly and we were on our way thanks Nick !

My service was completed by Eric and Ronald. I came through pretty close to closing and they were able to service my vehicle right away. I only come to this location, extremely friendly and service needs always met! Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great service’s guys!

Nicholas was so helpful. my tires were low so he filled them up. Nick did not stop there. he also cleaned my windows, toped off my fluid, and even added a screw to my left front bumper. he is a great person. thank you so much Nick!

Today since I had a coupon from a drive through oil change company close to my house decided to try them , normally I go to the Jiffy lube , any way I waited for over an hour then they said they don’t have my car oil filter in stock, they had over 20 people working that day , I left and went to my jiffy lube location, man they had just two people working , even though they were short handed but , were very pleasant, happy to see me, polite and on top of that very efficient! I left in less than half an hour! It so nice to see people taking their job seriously regardless of how much they making or how short they are. Thank you guys there for making my day!

10157 W. Charleston blvd omg awesome! Workmanship awesome communication awesome. I'm glad I took my car to this location on 10/17 I got great info from Nicholas. At first I was skeptical because I've heard stories about jiffy lube on the other side of town BUT this location was awesome Nicholas freaking awesome moneybwell spent knowledge greatly gained. I'll be going there when there is a job I cannot do without a doubt.

I cant say enough great words about my service advisor Nick! Not only did he give me a reasonable estimate he also walked me around my vehicle and showed me what the issue was! I dont care whats wrong with my car I’ll be pulling up to see Nick! Trustworthy,Great customer service and even stayed late to get me back on the road!! Jiffy lube you are lucky to have such a dedicated mechanic! Nick is my mechanic for life!!

My wife and I came to the Charleston Blvd location to have a dragging under carriage plastic guard re pinned as it was dragging, the people here were so nice and enthusiastic, and fixed it for us fast ! We will be back here again for sure. One new customer.

We took our car into this Jiffy Lube today to have our undercarriage splash guard reattached. The service people took care of it in no time, and did not charge us! We will be back for our next oil change for sure and are happy to have found a place we can trust!

Windows not cleaned, car wasn't vacuumed, they didn't reinstall my glove box correctly after I had already told them I didn't want the air filters replaced there. They are super friendly, but if they are not doing the whole job it doesn't count much. I don't need the guy to come in there to try and sell me auto improvement products I could buy at any parts store. Fast service but they didn't perform a lot of what they are paid to do.
