The Chapman Hwy location is hands down the best!! They were very attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. They truly made us feel good about picking that location. We will definitely be going back and I urge others to go there as well. Honest people!!! I had to go from Gatlinburg to Fort Sanders hospital every day for six weeks last winter. I stopped at the Jiffy lube out of necessity at about 5 minutes before closing. The guys took my car in and they were so nice and professional, even though they had to stay past closing time, so now I drive from Gatlinburg to this location for my oil changes etc. Kindness matters!!

I have had my oil changed here about 4 times. Always been a quick and easy process. Nice people work here who make only necessary recommendations as far as your car is concerned. The prices are competitive, and I never had to wait longer than 30 minutes from pulling into the shop to leaving. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now for regular oil changes! They are usually great. Unfortunately my last two visits were not good. The guys are always very nice to me, but I’ve had bad service two times in a row where I had to return (twice both times) to get things corrected for an oil change and then headlight replacement.

This location is awesome. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes here. When I went I had had multiple frustrations with different businesses trying to change my oil. The place I had taken it to last time stripped out the threads on my oil pan didn’t tell me and then used gasket sealer on my pan plug. Additionally, previous places I’d gone didn’t have the equipment or experience to figure out a solution to be able to get the job done, but these guys have the experience and the equipment to get it done quickly and efficiently without any issue. grateful for their expertise.

Just came in to get the oil changed. I hadn't checked if it was dirty but I figured it was about time. The guys in the shop were kind enough to let me know that I didn't really need it changed and let me on my way. You guys run a clean business and I appreciate the honesty. I will definitely be a lifelong customer at this location.
