They were super efficient and friendly installing a new battery and an oil change I drove away under an hour from the moment I parked and a guy came out to greet me before I had even turned off the engine!

Fast and good service. They checked everything, changed fluids, vacuumed the interior, and didn’t try to upcharge me for anything. The mechanic even mentioned that my brakes might need changing soon.

I took 2 cars in 2 different days (12/19/24 and 12/20/24) for a quick antifreeze change and they were very fast and prompt service. They also were very courteous, friendly and ready to work on my cars. So far all seems to be done with quality and with all these I do recommend give them in my personal think a top review.

Received great and courteous service. They had to order some parts which arrived later in the day. Got a call back to return for requested service and parts were correctly installed followed up with a vehicle test drive. Very pleased with the service. Gabe is an excellent manager at this location: efficient yet very thorough.

The crew at the Cedar Bluff location were very quick and courteous. They had my truck pulled in and finished in less than 15 minutes. They did not try to push any extra unneeded work on me or the customer seated in the waiting area. Will definitely use again.

The guys at jiffy lube have literally always been so nice to me. They work hard and fast I have never been there for more than 20 minutes. I also only ever go to get my oil changed from them because of how much I like them
