Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and polite. The waiting room was clean. The crew got me in and out in very quickly. Very good suggestions about things I should have done to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend jiffy lube to other people.

The folks at the N Broadway Jiffy Lube are super efficient and courteous. While changing your oil at a reasonable price, they are thorough in inspecting your vehicle to advise you what other issues need attention. They get you in the service bay and back on the road promptly - typically withing 30 - 45 minutes. I highly recommend this Fountain City location.

My car recently showed a maintenance message, but the sticker from my last oil change said I still had 4,000 miles left. A worker at Jiffy Lube checked it, and he was very honest—turns out, I didn’t need an oil change. They just reset the maintenance reminder for me. I really I appreciate the honesty of that worker.

Friendly, professional, and quick in and out. I was greeted promptly and information was collected. I stepped in the waiting area and fixed a cup of coffee. I was hesitant about stopping at first as it was within an hour of their closing time and also a Holiday week. I was treated with respect and courteously. I will trust them with my vehicles oil changes in the future.

From the very first introduction my experience was horrible. The technician that met me at the car hadn’t brushed his teeth in what looked like months… Serious dental hygiene issues going on… Not appealing at all. Once I got inside there was a female whose whole demeanor screamed she didn’t want to be there. I asked her a simple question about an oil leak and her response was basically “I don’t care”. She was very short with me and unhelpful. Then what looked to be manager also had a horrible attitude and obviously didn’t want to be there either because his moral was at about a 1 out of 100. The entire shop looks like a pig pen… The roof was caving in and there was clutter everywhere. Beyond an embarrassment!

I've been getting service here for about 20 years now and I must say they are still the best. They have excellent customer service no matter which service area I go to. They are kind and they all know how to greet and tell you things about your vehicle in a very professional manner. They also have unbeatable prices for the service's they offer. I will always go with Jiffy Lube as long as they exist. Thank you all for being great and excelling in customer service.

The staff always to do a great job in servicing my car and identifying issues that need to be addressed by others (e.g., low brake fluid levels or tire issues they can't service). I really appreciate that!

What happened? How did oil changes go up to $100 in a 3-month period. 20 minutes to get acknowledged. And then the gentleman who was clearly on drugs took 10 minutes to get my information. Stated that I wasn't in his system. And then had to do it again. I watched the same employee run off from the side of the building. And when he came back 15 minutes later he pretended he was going in and out of the bathroom and told his boss that. He had been in the bathroom. I would really like to have a conversation with somebody about this. I'm not looking for anything financial. However these guys work in a situation that could create a dangerous environment. And at the end I was the second person that they could not find the keys to the vehicle. Work order number was 55 if that helps you get in touch with me. I will pull this review when I talk to you. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I just usually don't return. But your employee would not give me information to get in touch with you. So I did it this way.

Workers there were friendly and efficient. They got me in and out of there in no time. I will definitely use their services again!
