Terrible the refused to put air in my tire just becuase I didn't follow his hand directions pulling in. I was only being extra careful but I pulled all the way in he through up his arms said he's not helping me becuase of this he didn't even know what I needed. He was raising his voice! I wanted his name the 2 people refused to give me any information. I was the only vehical there. Needless to say I was taken back. I got out of my car to reason with me he walked away into an office. I informed him I would be reporting him. My advice Don't go to the Jiffy Lube on Kent east hill. He and the crew have been reported.

These guys put a wrong filter in my 2024 kia sorento and it started leaking oil a couple weeks later, took my car to kia dealership and got everything fixed, came back to jiffy lube same day to talk to the manager Tyler who kept telling me it was the right one until I showed him an actual video of kia technician explaining and showing the right filter. Even after that he was very combative with a bad attitude and basically told me to kick rocks with not even an apology for their mistakes. If you are thinking about getting a car that has any type of value serviced here......DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!

I came in for some work on my car. lonnie not only knew his trade but also found some issues that were unknown at the time. I left feeling confident in my visit to jiffy lube and will absolutely return .I was very please with their service and I even got to watch a cute squirrel be hand fed by lonnie.. it made my experience more memorable and I will be certain to recommend this location to my friends and family.!!! thanks guys!!!

Yesterday I had a great day at jiffy lube I was given the opportunity to use my oil, though oil is oil, but I think newer cars are more delicate than the older. But I have used jiffy lube forever and I will say that to they know their stuff, as well as just for underestimating the expert advice of women working on car's. Some of the best advice has been from both influences and my cars run better than ever and I think they both deserve more respect.

Very fast and efficient. After being declined service 30 minutes before closing at the jiffy lube on the corner of 256th and 104th, I drove straight here and was able to get an oil change in less than 10 minutes! Daniel and the team are superstars!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years now. I came in for an oil change and never have I ever seen a more unprofessional “employee”. I asked to be speak to a manager as I was concerned if this was even a real worker, Tyler (red shorts) told me he IS the manager. Find that very hard to believe…would’ve given higher rating for the other uniformed employees as they seemed very knowledgeable & extremely helpful.

A thief works here. I just got a charge at this location while I was in another state traveling with the card I was charged on. So someone stole my card information and manually entered it into the system fraudulently so this Jiffy Lube could get away with a $130 charge for services they never performed. I've never been to this Jiffy Lube and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the transaction.

Can't even give you a copy of your own invoice unless I bring the physical car in. Only in this jiffy lube (other jiffy lube didn't require it), stupid policy only in this specific jiffy lube. Thank God I called corporate and they emailed it to me.

Friendly service. But not to happy with my outcome. I went there for a conventional oil change, supposed to be like $60. Pulled in and they said all they had was the more expensive synthetic which was like $90. I was already there so I said whatever just change it. I never heard of a place that the main focus is oil changes run out of oil! I don't know if they get commission for uoselling to the more expensive oil or if they were really out

I wasn't given a receipt, I had to return 3 times and the receipt wasn't for the amount charged to my card. When they looked in their system they couldn't even find a record of my visit. Now my oil change light is on in my car less than 10 days later. I don't think they even changed my oil but charged me anyway
