Called 3 times before I got ahold of someone. Their website wouldn't allow me to put my information in and I wanted an estimate before driving over. The guy on the phone was very short and didn't listen to my issue. He kept insisting that I needed my VIN and milage (he kept interrupting when I tried to tell him that I had those from trying to put them in on the website, but I was talked over until I raised my voice). I decided to go to another location since this one doesn't want to listen to customers.

Great advice on the best type of oil for my vehicle (not up selling, just a side-grade to a more suitable product). Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Said this location was under new management as of a few months ago. Highly recommended!

I am super relieved to see the review below, and know that I am not the only one that this store sent away for no reason. I went in for an oil change and within seconds was told that my oil pan was cracked, there was oil everywhere, and I needed to go to pep boys ASAP because they couldn’t service me. I went elsewhere, and none of this was true. My oil pan wasn’t cracked, everything was changed perfectly fine, and these workers do not know what they’re doing. Customer service is absolutely horrible, how do you make it sound like something is wrong with someone’s car just to get them to go elsewhere? This was also after a guy pulled up behind me and started aggressively asking them how long the wait was. Seems like the workers got intimidated and wanted to get me out of there ASAP. Honestly terrible experience and they should not have their jobs, don’t go to this jiffy lube unless you want them to potentially mess up your car or send you to another shop for no reason.

I'm a fleet driver, jiffy lube is an authorized dealer through my fleet. The people that are working in this store do not want to work. They don't listen at all and are some of the rudest people I have encountered. I was here for an oil change, wiper blades. Was told that my van needed a tire rotation and that I would needed to go somewhere else. They did not want to listen to me from the moment I pulled up to the lane. They wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible. I won't be going back to Jiffy Lube for either work or personal. Worst place ever.

I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for nearly 30 years. Although the prices have gone up, I appreciate the convenience of not needing an appointment and the quick service. However, I have noticed that the technicians have forgotten to put back or tighten the tire stem valve caps in recent years. I used to buy replacements after oil changes, but now I have to carefully check for this detail in the parking lot before I leave. During my recent visit, I had to ask for one missing piece to be put back on my vehicle. While it may seem like a small issue, it reflects a lack of attention to detail. It makes me wonder if other parts of the vehicle are being properly serviced in the rush, and this oversight with the valve caps raises concerns about the overall quality of the service.

JR and Patrick provided exceptional service! I initially went in for an oil change on the recommendation of my co-worker, Ashley. It turned out a part of my oil change system was broken. Before I had time to worry, Patrick had a replacement part delivered and stayed well past closing time to ensure I could safely drive off. He also sprayed and cleaned my car when he heard me asking if it might catch on fire. I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness. Highly recommend!

Person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable. Never actually visited the location because when asked if anyone knew how to drive a stick shift the answer was no. I’m afraid they’d fry my clutch pulling it into their shop so I passed. Seems kinda basic for a job in the automotive industry to be familiar with operating a manual transmission. Maybe I’m just a boomer now idk.

Sadly my next visit with my new car was maliciously terrible. They took out the air filter and didn't put a new one in they took off the skid plate and I don't even know where it is I'm paying $300 to get a new one. I drove without an air filter on dusty backroads. I don't recommend jiffy lube in fact I beg you not to use their services because who knows maybe they just forget something vital and destroy your massively expensive car. Sadly I feel this is due to them under paying their employees although they should still do their job correctly despite the low pay. If anyone wants proof of this I have video and pictures.

I came in for an oil change and Cody, Patrick, and Pierce were beyond helpful and their customer service is exquisite. I would definitely recommend coming in for anyone looking for excellent customer service and helpful tips when it comes to the little things about cars. 10/10 !

I highly recommend this location! It was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Everything was explained clearly and recommendations were given that have been noted and will be followed. Very nice staff as well. They also mentioned it is run by new staff since a month ago. So definitely come give it another chance with their new staff. This will be my forever Jiffy Lube as long as I am in the area!
