I was a bit uncomfortable going back to Jiffy’s Lub, in the begging I was apprehensive and ask in a good namer that I wanted oil change but I didn’t want to find out that the oil quantity was not all in the engine, after all, I pay for 7 quarts of oil. In the past I got less oil than what I paid for. The young lady was very good and understood the situation. She assured me that I would not experience that again, that if zi ever did to look for her. That gave me a good feeling and felt good to change the oil at Jiffy’s

Really efficient and professional. My car has a skid pan which is a bit a pain to remove but didn't bother the team at all. The manager was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back. Thanks very much.

Went here for oil change. After my dash lights started coming on and my car was leaking oil. Took it to a mechanic informed me my oil was in fact never changed .I still had my factory filter in from my previous oil change ! I called back but the manager couldn’t offer an explanation. I did get a refund but I still the is highly unethical/ shady

I am a regular customer at Jiffy Lube because the convenience and quality are outstanding. I must write a review about my experience today because the friendliness and customer service were excellent and above my expectations as a regular customer. Not only will I return to Jiffy Lube, I will go out of my way to return to this particular shop. These guys were great!

This Jiffy lube is a hidden gem, very small and hidden, you can pass it up if you’re not paying attention. May be small but the customer service is mighty! Jermey Epps is top notch. Excellent customer service, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Came in for a state inspection-he walked me through things that needed attention with my car and listed them in order of priority. I did not feel pressured to get anything done and he answered questions in depth so I could understand (I’m not too knowledgeable when it comes to cars)10/10 recommend because of Jeremy-I’ll be back because of him.

I had an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube! Everyone was super kind, attentive, and made the process smooth and easy. I was in and out in just 15 minutes for an oil change! Special shoutout to T. Drones Jr. and the lovely lady who helped me (I didn’t catch her name) for their excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

5-STAR EXCELLENT SERVICE! Kayle, the Assistant General Manager and my technician, AND Jaylen (my assigned technician) are TRUE ASSETS to Jiffy Lube because they both were attentive, compassionate to my needs, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. They both brought to my attention what areas of my vehicle needed attention and offered solutions and options. They were very easy to talk to the point to where I consider them practically like family because they were not trying to sell me, but rather really had the best interest on maximizing the lifespan of my vehicle. I come from a background in Sales for over 11 years and I must say that Kayle and Jaylen are EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS! I will come back and tell all my friends and family to come to this particular Jiffy Lube and ask for both Kayle and Jaylen. God Bless You Both!
