I was welcomed by a group of enthusiastic young men who were eager to help with the oil change on my red Avalanche. Their smiles were infectious, and they provided me with valuable insights on options to enhance my vehicle. I had my chihuahua with me, which made one of the young men a bit nervous, but he still managed to maintain a smile and confidently guided me through the process.

Oil change and brake fluid flush! They did NOT check their work, they left a shield piece dragging underneath my car. Hard to find good car service these days and they charge too much!! Will not return. Morton Road location

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. However, I was disappointed that the coffee machine was gone and the mini-fridge had no bottled water.

Excellent customer service: oil change, tire rotation, nice discount Update: I came here today to get the free brake inspection and I was shocked to see that I needed the brake rotors and pads replaced asap. I really appreciate Mr Ryan and his staff taking the time to work on that past closing (6pm) to make sure that I’m safe on the roads again. Also I really appreciate all their help and patience with answering all of my questions. Thank y’all very much, take care, and God bless y’all.

This is my go to Jiffy location! I’ve been here multiple times and also, they’re a full service shop. Ryan is very knowledgeable and his team always gets the job done. I don’t go anywhere else if I don’t have to. 10/10 recommend!

This location is definitely just being ran by a bunch of kids that don't want to work. I showed up to get tires mounted and balanced. They couldn't even give me a price. They claim they haven't done that in soooooo long they don't know the price. They have a computer system that tells them the prices of every service they offer. Also they claim the tire machine is not working. If so that's fine, but I'm not stupid I got there before they opened and they hadn't turned on the air compressor so the machine would work when he tried to operate it. I'm not to concerned about them being late to work. I'm just irritated at being lied to. The reason I know they are able to tell me prices and how I know how to work the machine is cuz I used to work there. So I know they are just trying to get out of work. I'm almost tempted to apply for the store manager position. So I can see this once great shop being ran correctly again.

What a nice place! Totally remodeled, clean, and nice. Everyone is SO helpful! Olu was especially great. He explained everything and was very courteous, patient, and helpful. No trying to sell me additional things I didn't really need. I've been here before it was a Jiffy-Lube. I will certainly keep coming back now!!

A few inexperienced guys are running the place. A simple oil change took 3 hours. These guys are more focused on their cellphones and text messaging than their jobs. No one apologized for the unusual wait. I won’t go there again.

Always give great service and attention to detail. After providing me with the service I requested also provided me with other future services that will be needed. Spoke to General Manager on duty & He helped provide me with options whereas I could continue extra services with them. Excellent attention to helping a Female whereas I felt He was being honest.
