I would recommend this Jiffy Lube for oil change, brake or inspection needs. Alexander was very knowledgeable and welcoming, and kept us informed throughout the service. The facilities were small but clean, and the estimated time was accurate. Will be back for future services for the car.

If I can rate ZERO stars, I would do it. After they did the alignment. The steering wheel was tilted left while driving straight, and when I returned the car for them to fix that, they asked me to pay for a new alignment. I had to argue with them to fix their mistake. I'm avoiding this location.

This place is a joke. I have no idea why I just didn’t go to valvoline. I get there and specifically ask them not to bring up any extra BS that they like to upsell you on. The guy agrees then his manager comes in and tries to sell me stuff again. He then tells me that my vehicle has absolutely no oil in it and that the motor is rattling. Of course it’s not rattling, and he says you can’t hear it but I can. So I ask how I made it in to the jiffylube since there is no oil, he then admits that there is oil, yet leaves a note in my file that there is no oil. He proceeds to tell me how long I’ve gone without an oil change despite the fact that I didn’t take it to jiffylube on my previous oil change So I tell him just do the work I asked him to. Avoid this company like the plague. Sick of this place

I've had my car serviced several times @ Jiffy on FM 1463. Didn't take long and great customer service too. I'll be back before my next trip or 5000 miles- whichever one comes first.

It was quick and easy. Best service ever! Will come back again. Loved it! No other place makes it look as easy as this place. I came on a Saturday. I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Knowledgeable and courteous of work performed, I will definitely return to this location. Thank you, guys. As stated, I returned to this location only to be turned away by the manager as he stated my vehicle wouldn't pass inspection due to the windshield tint not being 5 inches across the middle although it was above the AS-1 line. Same place that passed the vehicle the previous yr. I changed nothing to my vehicle. The law per DPS states for sedans, suv, and vans nothing for trucks! Tint darkness for SUV and vans: Windshield: 25% VLT tint is allowed above the manufacturer’s AS-1 line or top 5 inches, with less than 25% reflection. I assumed I was within the law with my truck. I'm very disappointed!

Thank you Kade for diagnosing and repairing my truck. Also for staying after hours to make sure the repair was completed same day as promised. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Outer tie rod replacement. Throttle position sensor and alignment. No more shaking no more check engine light

They are very thorough. They found some issues with the car today. They went out and bought the tool to resolve it. These guys really push hard to do a good job. I will be back.

They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Last year I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube and had the brakes and rotors replaced. I was told to buy the parts and they would install. After dropping off the parts, they called and said the brakes were wrong. I asked if the rotors were also wrong and they said they were fine. I picked up and exchanged the brakes and when I got home I received another call that the rotors were in fact wrong. I went and exchanged those. When I picked up my car and paid for the service, the tech told me the control arm had snapped when he was parking the car. I asked why and he immediately said he didn't do anything and then he told me how much it would cost to replace. I have since taken my vehicle elsewhere for service. Today when I took my car elsewhere for inspection I was told there was a definitive line in the rotors from wear and the rotors had been installed wrong. I called Jiffy Lube, since they installed the rotors only a year ago. They agreed the rotors shouldn't need to be replaced but they told me that they don't install rotors wrong.
