Way over priced. Wanted me to pay $180 for an oil change on my F150 with 5.0 v8. The service guys are great but jiffy lube prices are not. Will not go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there

Stopped in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The gentlemen here were awesome. Very respectful and helpful. Got me taken care of perfectly in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for anything more from the staff here.

I normally receive good and efficient service at this location, but today was unable to get my oil changed due to there only being one person working. Of course this is not the fault of the guy who was working; he was very polite as he let me know, but I don’t think it’s appropriate that he was expected to run the place by himself. Management, please make sure all of your locations are staffed appropriately if you expect them to remain open.

Never had a problem with Jiffy Lube. Staff has always been great in Salt Lake City, where I moved from, and here in Kansas City where I now live. Friendly, professional and quick service.

What a Rip off. $102 to dump oil. Leave me skid plate unbolted and check nothing else. Ryde attitude and unprofessional. Shameful. What a fall jiffy Lube has taken.

DJ helped me out with my immediate concerns... oil change and new wipers, but also have me value planning info for my next road trip. I'll definitely be going back to this particular location to follow up before I hit the road for my next vacation or conference road trip.

Every time we have come to this location, we have been very pleased with the service and the work done. I have been to other Jiffy Lubes and have not always had this experience. Every employee we have interacted with has gone above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and friendly. As a female this is not always the case. My husband is just as happy with their service. We even have come back to get the free top off of fluids and air in the tires and they were very happy to help. I would highly recommend this location of Jiffy Lube.

Josiah and the other gentleman whose name I can't remember, and not because he didn't do an excellent job, but because he was the one underground changing the filter did and excellent job clearly communicating with each other to ensure both the safety and security if my car as well as personal safety for all. Really seemed to enjoy working together and for the company, which is unfortunately a rarity these days.

Reviews are so important and this place needs recognition! Mr. Charlie was so friendly and made me feel like family. He answered all my questions and chatted with me during my extremely short wait while Samuel changed my oil. I will definitely go back! Thanks guys!

The mechanic Dre performed an oil change on my vehicle. I let him know up front that I wanted regular oil not synthetic I stated this concern at least four times before the oil change process started. He assured me it was regular that was in the computer and it was regular that he was going to put in the car. When it came time to pay him for the service he informed me that he put synthetic in the car and that the pump to the regular oil was broken. I was upset and told him I was going to call my husband to see what my husband wanted to do about it. My husband wanted the oil taken out of the vehicle and so that was the decision that was made. Dre took an empty oil can and took it downstairs empty the oil out of my car. He walked up with the oil can and put oil in my car. He told me it was different oil I highly doubt it. As I left I stopped and asked him about the oil he put in the car and he said that he had to pump it out of the pump downstairs and he didn't feel like pumping it earlier because it was so close to closing. When I arrived they were 45 minutes till closing. I am extremely upset that he did not follow my request during the oil change. I am upset that he did not discuss with me options with the pump being broken. Dre should not have made any decisions that would impact my vehicle without discussing with me first. I am extremely upset that he was so lazy that he put how he felt before customer service. I was very polite through the whole issue and once he was asked to remove the oil from the vehicle he was mumbling and complaining you could even hear him downstairs the whole rest of the time. I have been a customer of this store for many years. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be back!! Normally there's two gentlemen there that do a wonderful job unfortunately they weren't there today If you choose to go to this location beware of who is serving you!! In the morning I will have my husband check to see if the filter was changed Very disappointing go somewhere else for your oil change these are untrustworthy people that you're trusting with your vehicle

Got an oil change a week ago and the guy said that he couldn't open the valve under my car because it was too tight. They siphoned it out and did the oil change. Then all the sudden my car dumped all the oil out. Firestone told me that they had damaged it in some way and that it dumped all into my engine and now I'm going to be out $875 dollars possibly more. They said i was lucky my car didn't explode. I'll be calling up tomorrow and speaking with them to see if they will pay any for damages and if not they will be hearing from my lawyer 😒 never EVER take your car here.

We have been very pleased and thankful for the service we have received from this location. We have no complaints. There was a staffing complication today, but it was handled very well by the management and did not affect the quality of our service whatsoever.
