Brandon and Chris took great care of me!! They really know what they are doing and have great customer service! I was sent here after a different location couldn't remove the drain bolt due to damage from the last (gville) location. I will definitely be coming back here! These guys are top notch!!

The worst place ever!!!! Went to do a simple oil change . Never had a problem with my battery ever! Never had a notification popped up on my car stating I have a problem with battery. All of sudden I went to this place to do an oil change and now my car won’t start! First they said it was my battery, now it is my alternator! How do I just go for a oil change and all of sudden my car won’t start ( never happened before) Do not go to this place!!! They are so sus as hell!!

Took at least an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I was told 10-15 minutes when i dropped my car off, asked after 30-40 minutes how much longer it would take and they said 5-10 minutes. Terrible customer service poor experience.

I had the absolute best experience at the Baymeadows location. My car had been misfiring for almost a week and I decided on Christmas Eve to get it repaired. The guy took me in less than an hour before they closed. He was honest and stayed two hours after to complete my car! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Been here multiple times. They should just stick to oil changes. I get my truck back with greased arm marks, incorrect tire pressure ( even though i repeatedly tell them the psi sticker is on the door so follow it), and with incorrect mile stickers. Hell sometimes they dont even reset the oil life gauge. I wont bring my truck back again to this one as this is not the 1st or 2nd time it happened. After 3 failed attemps to get it right I wil go next door to pep boys or anywhere else. 5 years later here is my updated review: I’ve been here so many times. Usually good service since they made corrections to my first post years ago. But this last visit I was told one price and that it would take about 10-15 minutes to get the oil. I waited thinking still a good price and deal. Then they come back and tell me the price was $75 more than originally told because they forgot there was a fee. The manager instead of recognizing the error and trying to resolve the change in price and coming down some to recognize their error, just said well that’s the price. Highly disappointed and disgusted with the fact that they took no ownership and didn’t even try to make it right. Will not return for the cost or for what I would have considered a “hidden fee” (since it was not told to me immediately). I will return to going to pep boys or another oil change place.

This is one of the easiest reviews I've written. I am beyond impressed by the service provided by Andrew, James, Chris and the entire team at this location. My car had an oil leak that had previously been assessed by 3 different oil service stations and 2 mechanics without resolution. We were able to call and be referred to this location to see Andrew(AJ) and I now understand why. Andrew made it his mission to be understanding and empathetic of the frustration we'd experienced from having our car broken. He went above and beyond to solve a problem and procure the parts and services to get it resolved. His dedication to service and the seamless work of the entire team allowed us to have our car repaired in time for Christmas. He solved the problem and provided education to help us avoid issues in the future. We are truly impressed and grateful at the level of knowledge and dedication and patience we saw here. Thank you again...
