I had a wonderful experience at my local Jiffy Lube. The staff was kind and courteous. The manager even cleaned and Rain-X'ed my windshield when I mentioned I was going on a trip. Highly recommend and will be returning for future service.

They close at 6:00 pm, I got there about 5:35 today needing Freon. It was 2 white guys in the office, soon as I said what I needed one of them started shaking his head immediately. He claimed the machine was "out" Then referred me elsewhere, then he felt a need to say they were about to close. If the machine supposedly was out, then why did it matter what time you closed? They just didn't want to be bothered and I didn't like their attitude.They're probably racist. I went to Goodyear down the street, it was taken care of there and the customer service was wayyy better.
