This is one THEE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT AN OIL CHANGE ESTABLISH . THE MANAGER QUINTIN AND HIS ASSOCIATE EVAN WERE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. MY CAR IS MY BABY AND WHEN I TELL YOU THEY TREATED HER WITH SO MUCH CARE. TRULY HEAVENT SENT. There is a jiffy Luby on 103rd and Blanding Blvd. full address is 4821 Blanding Blv Jacksonville FL 32218 I was there this morning ready to have my oil change, when a white car just parked behind me. Suddenly I was asked by the technician to reverse my car from the service area, which I did thinking that I was not going to park my car correctly in the service area. Suddenly the white car pulls in front of me and park in the service area helped by the technician. I got out of my car and asked why if this individual dressed in jiffy Lubby uniform park to have her car service before me, since I was already there before her. I was told by the other technician that employees have priority service before any customer. I told him that was not right and his answer was straight forward. If you do not like it you can leave. I did leave cause fo not want my car service by rude individual that can do something wrong to my car I will be posting this in every social media I can magically can. Sincerely The customer
