The staff was very polite and quick and curtious. Got me in for an oil change. Strongly recommend them. Won't go anywhere else. This is the Jiffy Lube on Pendleton Pike. Great guys

The people at this Jiffy Lube are amazing. Very courteous, very quick, and always willing to discuss any questions you may have. I had an issue with my older vehicle and the techs took the time to explain what they thought was wrong and give me options on how to proceed, with exact costs and information to back up each option. I am very grateful for the years of helpful service!

The people at this location were extremely kind and knowledgeable! I have always appreciated how the people at this location treat me. I am a single woman who often has to take her car in alone. The people here have always kept me informed. They have never pressured me to spend more than I needed to, which is unlike other places I have taken my car to before, so I really appreciate that.

The two gentlemen who helped me Friday morning were efficient, clean, and did an excellent job. However, the main attribute is they were both in a good mood making my oil change experience a great one. I will definitely revisit them for my next service.

I needed an oil change before a quick trip. They got me right in - also able to take care of some filters while there. They vacuumed my car too!!! I was done in under 20 minutes!

My visit was very pleasant, the staff opened the door the moment I pulled up in front it. Given the option to either sit in the car while the oil change happened or in the waiting area. All 3 oil types were offered with their respective benefits. They even vacuumed the carpet, In all phenomenal visit.
