Pretty terrible customer service primarily from one employee. The manager was better. And I think they lost the cap to the windshield washer fluid reservoir

I always do my oil change in jiffy lube and this time they left my oil filter loose and my truck almost run out oil in less than 4 days ... this is the second time they did it wrong the other insedent they put the wrong oil in it .. just here thinking of taking my bussiness to other shopsss

Showed up at the store that morning after paying on the payment on the truck the guys jumped in they did their jobs they did it please they were very polite and courteous and guys keep up the good job

service was good, I've been to other Jiffy lubes and the they usually did a pretty good all over inspection air, lights, and cleaning. I did sit in the car which i've done since Covid. There wasn't much communication, until the either Owner or manager came over to talk to me. I will go back again see if there is an improvement. I will add if you need air filters replaced have them do it, i didn't thinking I would've saved $ went to the auto store and it was a bit higher than what they offered me so a big + on that one. Improve on communication, and follow thru on your inspections you will win business everyday thank you
