I had a very positive experience with the 6200 College Ave Store. I was in desperate need of an long overdue oil change for for truck. The technicians changed my oil and oil filter, aired my tires, replaced fluids and rear license plate bulbs. To my dismay, I was shocked to see how filthy my filter was. I realized that I had been paying for a filter change at other shops but it was not being done. I could tell the difference in my truck's acceleration and performance after leaving Jiffy Lube. I will make the College Ave location my "Go To" shop for all future work. Great customer service and a great team of technicians.

I have had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube several times and have always had great service. This past time, service was average. There was a lack of cohesiveness among the team. They did not work well together. I also heard the manager threaten to have an employee "clock out because he was tired of his mouth." This is a conversation held in private with the employee not in front of the customers. While my oil did get changed and other fluids topped off, the atmosphere made me uncomfortable.
