I took my car to Jiffy Lube because I knew I needed to replace my spark plugs. But I needed more than spark plug replacement. Because of the thorough diagnostic, I had to pay more than I expected but it would have cost me considerably much more if I had gone to the dealer. I will definitely use them again to replace my breaks. They do much more than change your oil. Greatly satisfied!

Went in for an oil change on a 2005 Chevy Silverado. They pulled my air filter out told me it needs a new one and showed it to me and it had pieces of acorn all over the bottom side of it . So I asked the guy is the air box full of it he goes I don't know I didn't look so i go look and there's a handful of acorns in there and just other stuff that a ground squirrel or something is taken into it I asked him are you going to vacuum that out he goes no you can do that at home but he was still going to install a new air filter I told then I did not want the air filter if you're not going to clean out the air box.

They were able to complete the work I needed done at a reasonable.price. However, I took my wife's car in on Monday for an oil change and a check engine light complaint. They reported that my exhaust was the issue with the check engine light, and that the exhaust tech would be in on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they isolated the problem to the catalytic converter and told me to come back on Thursday, when the welder would be in. Three days, three trips. Why?

The stores computer system was down and they allowed me to leave. I left my card information but was scammed so I had to get a new debit card but, I went there the day after Christmas and payed the amount I owed in cash. They were pretty nice to me about the issue.
