Was due for an oil change in a vehicle I don’t drive frequently. Found Jiffy Lube in a very convenient location. An employee, Sam, came out to my vehicle seconds after I pulled into their location. Had my car inside the work area within minutes and told me I’d be back in the road within 15 minutes. Sam presented me with recommendations for new air filters, tire rotation, and noted the fluid levels that they topped off for me. I requested the air filters be replaced and declined the other services, and was in my car and on my way 14 minutes after arriving. Also appreciated the assistance getting into my vehicle, as I was needing a cane to help me walk after sustaining an injury in my living room protesting NFL officiating. I’d recommend this Jiffy Lube location and especially note the courteous, efficient, no-pressure service from Sam and the other two employees who assisted me.

The Jiffy Lube employees have very good customer service. However, I experienced two issues: (1) a customer arriving after me was serviced before me, (2) they put too much oil in my car’s engine, which is as bad as too little. I now have to take unplanned time to return and address the oil issue.

Came in for an oil change & filter ended up with noises in my filter afterwards. The manager Eric took a few extra but necessary steps to better assess the issue and had me back on the road within 10-15 mins! Much appreciated .

Great, convenient experience. Crew was fast and I was able to stay in my car while they worked under the hood -- draining, filling, topping off liquids, and checking tires, lights, wipers and then vacuuming my floorboards. Very happy with this team's approach.

Being I don’t drive that much anymore. I do about 5000 miles a year. But the worst thing you can do is not do the basic maintenance every car needs. That’s what Jiffy Lube does. I was in and out in less than 20 min.

We got 9 inches of snow and on my way to work and my drivers side windshield wiper broke off. Conditions were terrible, I couldn't see anything and pulled over next to the Jiffy Lube because I couldn't pull into the parking lot because of the snow. I believe her name was Ashlyn. She jumped over a snow mound, walked through the nine inches of snow and fixed my wiper blade. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Awesome job! Only place I’ll come. Only wish they sent emails with discount offers to your email. The one I found was for another location, that had different owner. But his location still honored my coupon! So thank you! Also I love the fact that it is a diverse group of people working there!

I like Jiffy Lube because I have access to them on the weekends and I don't have to set up an appointment in advance. Not to mention when I need an oil change or a bulb replaced or something they get the job done. I like all those details.

Stopped by for an oil change and was impressed with how convenient this location is—easy to get in and out since it’s right on the corner. You can choose to stay in your car or head inside while they work. Last time, I noticed they had a TV and coffee available inside, but I decided to stay in my car this time. The service was quick, the staff was polite and professional, and the overall customer service was excellent. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a great place for a quick pit stop!

This Jiffy Liube fixed my Hyundai so I could drive to Nashville for Christmas. A franchise beginning with T nearly ruined my engine. Both oil pressure and low oil came on immediately after they didn't put oil filter correctly. This Jiffy Lube saw exactly what had been done. Did a complete oil change correctly, cleaned the oil sprayed all over the underneath of my car and documented everything I will always go to this Jiffy Lube. They are professional and knowledgeable.
