Service was great and we were in and out in 14 minutes! They even waited to pull the car out until I had both of my kids loaded since it was cold outside. Never a bad experience here!

Physical service was great. Only 3 stars because of one staff member. When I pulled up, I saw him just sitting in the lounge area, he saw me, and (seemingly) shouting words in frustration that a customer arrived. That, the "Open" light being off, and a technician being slow to receive me, I was about to pull away. But, I was received.

Absolutely awesome service! We could go to a Jiffy Lube closer to our home, but we always go to the Fall Creek location. Everyone is awesome and very professional. Great Service!

I came in to have an oil change on my company car. It was very quick. The staff was very nice. They didn't try to oversell the services. They put air in my tires and even vacuumed my messy "office on the road!" The waiting room was clean and I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes and that is with them working on a total of 5 vehicles within that timeframe. I will see you again in 5,000 miles!
