Went to this Jiffy Lube and the woman directing the car into the garage was rude as hell and then the woman at the desk feed me a bunch of crap about how my car isn't ready for a oil service change,then the rude lady tells the lady at the service desk that my car is only 2qrts low on oil,I already knew that my car had no oil in it,so they try to lersues me to get the 2qrts of oil I said no thank you,then I drove my car to the Jiffy Lube on Michigan Road they told me exactly what I knew and changed the oil,the last time I went to the Jiffy Lube on Keystone they told me They were out of oil and now this I'm starting to think that that shop has racist employees that work in it,I wish I could give them -0

This my Jiffy Lube location of choice. I have had my oil changed here twice. Each time I experienced quick, efficient, and courteous. They also have not tried to sell me any additional unneeded services.

Update 1/27/2025 This place deserves more than a 5 star review!! I went in this year not knowing whether i needed an oil change, so i sat in a comfortable heated lobby and waited. They inflated my tires, topped off the liquids, swept the interior, installed a wiper that i brought in. And told me that an oil change wasn't necessary for another 2 thousand miles and i was free to go.. FREE!! I received all this professional service and walked out. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Keystone They offer the very best!! With so many oil change bldgs going up, it's hard to choose. JIFFY LUBE on Keystone Av has been my choice for years. They've proven Trustworthy. Reliable. Professional and proficient. My No.1 for car care.

I know who I can count on when asking questions about my car, to get an honest answer. The ladies and Gents are always precise, prompt and professional. Coupons are always honored w a smile and my car practically runs itself outta the shop. Cars been serviced there for 3+ years and tip top!

I was dissapointed that when I was called to the counter to discuss services for my car that the first thing she told was that my car required synthetic oil (untrue) and that it was going to cost $200.00 ! She then told me the particular oil I needed wasn't available. This confused me because if Jiffy Lube didnt have the correct synthetic oil, "Why is she pushing it on me?" Finally we settled on the 5w30 that I wanted anyway. On my oil cap on engine it specifically says 5w30 and that the oil change I had prior says that they used 5w30. I also noticed when I got home that none of my other fluids were topped off, eg radiator, brake etc and that they didnt vac car at all. The way I see it that I am paying more $ for less services and you're cramming synthetic oil down my throat! Lousy experience!

I’ve found the location of 65th and keystone to be in a convenient spot with only the offer of a simple oil change. Nice employees, however minor capabilities. Oil change tire fill. That’s it. It would be nice to get a tire plug or thermostat change. Cheaper wiper blades maybe?

extremely rude workers, and expensive. Do yourself a favor and go to valvoline or midas… better people and prices.
