90 minutes for the most disorganized oil change and tire rotation ever. Good thing I ate lunch before I pulled up. People were nice to me, but they never stopped interrupting each other, even when someone was trying to talk to a customer...made me worry they may have forgotten something important.

71st and Georgetown rd Jiffy Lube is great! One stop shop for all my car needs. Brakes, tires, tune up, and most engine repairs and of coarse oil changes. They don't sell me anything I don't need. They change my air filters and even show them to me when there not dirty so I can see the condition of them and even let me know if I don't need them yet. They do the fastest tire rotations I've ever seen! The General Manager is awesome! All of the crew there is great! Don't hesitate to get your car serviced here

Came to get my oil changed and get tires rotated. Two guys were walking around the bay. I came inside and left my car parked in the back. I was allied inside to tell me what I needed and didn’t even get noticed as a human being. No one acknowledged my existence. So, after waiting ten minutes, I went back to my car and drove off. I will never get my car done at any Jiffy Lube again and I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years consecutively.

Absolutely outstanding service from the entire crew! Everyone is extremely kind and professional. They make sure to get you discounts when they can and they’re very upfront about pricing. Gabriel Z is a star of the show. He was fantastic giving me information and making sure that I understand every part of the process, he’s also a huge wrestling fan, which is a definite plus!

I went to get my oil changed the other day and I was very upset that the prices had been increased by $10.00 dollars simply because there was a new owner!!! The owner should be the one doing the servicing so his employees don't have to deal with unhappy customers!! I have a old car that requires 1/2 synthetic oil so the total for the oil change was $94.00 plus some change!- That is rediculous!! If I was younger I would learn how to do it myself!! The crew was fantastic and my poor review has to do with the I crease in price!!!!! 5+ for the crew!! 1 for the new owner!!!!- I'm tired of Willy nilly price gouging!!! PEOPLE, VOTE WITH YOUR FEET!!! UNTIL WE HIT THEM IN THE POCKET BOOK NOTHING IS GOING TO GET BETTER FOR AVERAGE EVERYDAY PEOPLE!!

I went to this Jiffy Lube when I found that my regular place had closed down. I was pleased with my experience here. The staff was friendly and fast. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They made a few suggestions but were not pushy about upselling me. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube!

The technicians didn't know how to reset the change oil lights. Myself and another customer had to wait for the manager to arrive to reset the warning lights. The other customer actually left and had to return.

Thorough, yet efficient. I go there often, but I believe they would do this for anyone. They helped me with a coupon that I wasn't even aware of. Thanks to the team for helping with a windshield wiper as well!
