This location (4930 S Emerson) emailed me a 50% off coupon to use by 1/31/25. When I presented it to the Jiffy employee she told me they don’t honor that service anymore. I am retired and always looking for the best deal. I should have left and gone somewhere else. Don’t send me coupons if you don’t accept them. There was another guy in the waiting room that was told the same thing.

I had been driving around with one headlight out for weeks. I figured it would be a hassle to get it replaced and an extra expense that I didn't need during the holidays. But it kept bothering me that the light was out, so I finally broke down and called Jiffy Lube. They got me in that day and it only cost $32.00! Quick! Easy! Affordable! Wow! Win! Win! Win!! If I'd known it was that easy at Jiffy Lube, I'd have gone there weeks before! Very happy with this service!!

Friendly employees that care about service. I like that they will check all fluids and tap them off if needed. They aired my tires too. Quick service. This means a lot to me being 77 and no one to do this for me anymore. Being on a fixed income, the online coupons really save money also. I recommend the shop at Emerson and Thompson Rd , Beech Grove In. This has been my go to for several years. Thank you for your service.
