I went a couple days ago, and they were super friendly. Not too bad of a price to get new wipers and blend oil. With a coupon, it was under 120. I would definitely go back again!

Well normally the visits at JL are lack luster and expensive. Hence why I switched to their competitors. But I recently went to a JL in Indianapolis for an Oil Change before I hit the road to mourn with my family. I pulled into a gas station in OH and smoke was coming from under my hood. (Anxiety was definitely triggered, as I had my infant with me). I happen to know a thing or two about under my engine. So imagine my disappointment when I see oil splashed all over my engine..... Because the dip stick wasn't properly put in the hole. It was wedged between some metal near the whole. I wanted to take a picture but it was really cold and and I needed to get back on the road. I even called the JL and spoke to the same young man who misplaced it. I warned them to double check their work. No formal complaint needed. I just thank God I knew how to fix the issue.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube on Pendleton Pike for three years. I always come here when I need my oil changed. Recently I stopped by because the oil came on. The gentleman that helped me said that the oil was low and he filled it to standard. Because I’m a regular I was not charged. This location is always fast and efficient. And they always give me coupons. It’s a win-win.

Super helpful. got my oil change done in nearly 20 minutes while I sat in the car the whole time. discussed everything he saw under the hood and let me know I had a slight oil leak. Very helpful and very professional. I would add the mechanics name, but I have forgotten.

These guys were fast and efficient once I was in the bay. But I sat outside the bay for several minutes before being directed non-verbally to move to the next bay. I wouldn’t have pulled in at all if they were not participating in the Thanksgiving half off sale. But they didn’t came out to talk to me before that. It turns out that did accept the discount code. They were gracious enough to enter it manually. They were not rude, but they weren’t exactly courteous, if that makes sense. Probably just having a bad day. I will come here again and again. But as the owner, I would want to know if the service was not fast and also courteous.
