Quick, prompt, helpful, and overall great service. We had just gotten over 6 inches of snow and one of my windshield wiper Blades had broken. They replaced it and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you!

They always do a really good job on filling all the fluids, changing the oil, and cleaning the windows, and they’re pretty quick and reasonable too and they had a coupon that I used.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because there is always room to improve. Jiffy Lube is close though. Great service, knowledgeable techs, and speedy service. Thx guys I know I can always depend on Jiffy Lube!

Update from my latest trip to Jiffy lube: The service was great. They have a great gal there who explains the whole process and everything to you from start to finish. I'll keep this 5 stars, but my only inconvenience from this last trip was that my air filters weren't able to be checked. A screw for the engine filter was worn so they couldn't get into it, which is understandable. Was told I'd have to take it to a mechanic who could use better tools to get in there. However, they wouldn't check my cabin air filter because there were screws to take off (I don't recall anyone having to remove screws back when you sat in the car the whole time) and they had always checked my cabin filter when I went in from February 2024 and before, which has been several times over 4 or 5 years. Not sure what's going on there, but it's something I can do myself anyway. I just liked the convenience of paying for that before. I'm almost certain I was about due for a cabin filter change, but they lost out on the extra money for that. I always used this location and have been there every time for an oil change, but I may reconsider and do some research next time to make sure the place I go can cover all bases like they had before. This is the best location for any service. I always get my oil changed here and have had a coolant flush. They are always friendly and get me in and out of there quick! I moved almost a year ago from the north side to the far east side and I still make the drive to the Fishers location because nowhere else compares! Great job, guys

Very helpful and kind by helping me locate an oil leak in my car. Checked it out and found the location, and even topped off the rest of my oil for free! 10/10 would come back. Great people and great service.

I recently had my car serviced for an oil change at the 96th & Corporation Dr. location and the service was great! Autumn was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about vehicles and genuinely kind. The technician was efficient, paid great attention to detail and was kind also. Those type of customer experiences I truly do appreciate, it was great enough for me to spend the time to write this review, which I don’t usually do. I hope the best for the future for all at this store. I will get serviced there again for my next oil change. Thank you ~ Sedric

I was on my way out of town and needed an oil change. I pulled up without an appointment and was told I had one person they were working on and they would get me in next. Extremely friendly and I was on the road within 20 mins. Great experience!

Very courteous and good service! My oil change was done fast and gave a report of things that needed to be replaced for maintenance. I have been back for other things and they have continued to be very helpful with the same good service. Will be back in the future!
