Jiffy Lube on Highway 31, in Indianapolis, they are truly professionals there! They have great customer service and they will make recommendations but don’t pressure you into them! They are my 1st choice if I can’t get an appointment with Chevy. They business is always clean and I never had to wait long to get serviced. A big thank you goes to them!

Second time at this shop and I stayed in my car again, tired old sore bones kept me in the seat. This shop has a very tight game with spot checking each others work. Since this car is my main mode of transportation, I appreciate being able to check their process from my seat. Negative reviews always cause me pause when visiting ANY/ALL retail businesses. 5stars that are to short also put me on edge as well. This FIVE STAR REVIEW IS EELL DESERVED, perhaps because I stayed in my car, one never really knows except this was my second visit and these youngsters did Jiffy Lube ownership proud. I shall return, I will stay in my car while they do their thing. I will monitor their constant interactions with each other assuring that I, the customer, always gets PRRFECT TECHNICAL WORKMANSHIP. Minimal wait time on a busy day. Services were fully explained and quickly performed which including an oil change, additional coolant, and check of tires air pressure. Staff was friendly and professional.

They raised prices. They are not friendly any more. They did not do everything I asked them to do. They seemed like I was bothering them. They did not appear to want customers.

I’m always so impressed with the professionalism and diversity (they hire women and handicap people) at this Jiffy Lube. They are always transparent about the services and costs of all the work that they do.
