This team is super helpful. I always need a top off between oil changes and they treat me as if I’m the most important customer of the day. They are never too busy to help.

Always so kind and welcoming and they are so hardworking definitely have a great atmosphere here just because of all the guys that work here. You have a really special team working at this location every single guy here is absolutely incredible and I have the most respect for these group of guys! Thank you so much for everything this will be my go to place for life as long as they all work here!

I will never ever use this place again. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to not go there. I ran out of washer fluid and I also was due for a oil change. I thought I will run in get both done. I made sure to tell them I was out and to make sure they filled it. They filled out my paperwork wrong. They did not fill the windshield wiper fluid and they said they checked everything and everything was full. Well the oil change light was still on and I had to go back in to make them shut it off. Also washer fluid light came on right after I pulled out. Went home and checked it myself and it had not been touched. It was still empty. Guy in charge was very unfriendly when I went back in. I also had a wiper blade that should have been replaced and they also said oh it's fine. So, did they replace my oil filter? Not sure yet didn't want to crawl under the car with all the snow . So just what did I really pay for? So do not go there!

Drove to Jiffy Lube about 11:30am. Told me it would be 45 min. Until I could get in for service. Came back at 1:30 and was scheduled to be serviced immedately. Washer fluid that was placed in last oil change froze in early Dec. Informed crew to make sure they place winter mix in my washer fluid if they top it off.

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on W. Thompson Rd. They did a great job. It was quick and efficient. All the guys in the shop were very respectful.

I aways come here for oil changes. The employees are really up on their customer service game, and the services are completed quickly and efficiently.
