Excellent experience. The tech that helped us got the oil change done quickly and a really good price for a 17 quart full synthetic oil change. This Jiffy Lube does all of our oil changes and until today, all of our vehicle inspections as well (today was our last ever vehicle inspection, yay!!!).

Jiffylube is a great place to go when you need stuff done to your vehicles. I only went there for my inspection but they made me feel like I was around family. They are all kind, caring, reliable and hard working people over there. They even gave me a gift card for my next oil change. The manager is a woman named Yvette and she is a great person. Seems to know her job very well. So nice to see a woman in charge at a mans place of work! Thank you so much Jiffylube. I will definitely be back.

My experience this time was very bad. I brought my car in for a water pump and jiffy staff Jason broke my glove compartment. My car is still at jiffy in Huntsville Texas because they are trying to fix what they did. I'm very upset at this point. They happen 12/18/71 and they still have my care I hope they can fix it or I'm going to have to consult a attorney. Hope it doesn't come to that. Very disappointed!!!! First time in 7 yrs with jiffy!!!

My wife had her oil changed at the Huntsville Texas Jiffy Lube. Absolutely terrible experience!!! They told her that the cabin filter was missing when in fact it is in place. They left the blower motor resistor out which caused it to fail. This cost me over $100.00 to replace. I contacted Yvette, the store manager, and she offered to reimburse me for the resistor and refund the price of the oil change. However, it has been two months and no refund or reimbursement. Yvette no longer answers my phone calls or responds to emails. I have been very patient but , I now know that Yvette has been lying to me. I will never use any Jiffy Lube locations for anything in the future.

Not the same team anymore. The new guys of 2025 I can’t trust them. I will not let a man try to screw me out of my money. He wanted 125.00 in his pocket before looking at the car and don’t go toward my bill or labor. He had no respect did not care about my car getting fixed or customer satisfaction. I just fixed the car at jiffy lube last year of 2024. I want be going there anymore. I gave them chance when they stole out my car in 2022 and 2024. Brand new lighters and gucci shades that were stolen. I gave you good feedback back at first. But I can’t keep letting people in your shop lie and take advantage of me.

Was upset that I called to see if they could do what was needed before and they assured me that they could but when I got there, they could not. Other than that they were kind and helpful, even referred me to a few places that could possibly help me.

I was very disappointed with the service that I got at this location today. I always bring my vehicles to Jiffy Lube because of the great customer service and I feel like I get more for my money. Today I walked in for an oil change and was actually looking forward to them cleaning the windows and vacuuming like they always do but I did not get that today. Not sure if they don’t do that anymore but if they don’t, they shouldn’t offer those services with your full synthetic oil change.

TX Annual Auto Registration Inspection done in 20 mins in Huntsville, TX. They were pretty busy, had a vehicle in every bay with other cars in queue in the lot, but worked mine in right away for $7.00 flat. I was the one holding up the process calling my auto insurance co to get them to email me the proof of insurance info, and that took about 15 mins. As soon as you pull in the lot (it's tight, but efficient), a mechanic walks up, finds out what you need, then takes the vehicle from there. The waiting room has about 6 seats, free ice water, and a clean, decent restroom. There is also seating outside. Employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brought my truck here last year for inspection & it was very efficient. It isn't very accessible for disabilities, and not very comfortable for small children, but they will go the extra mile even in that circumstance for you I'm sure. They even gave me a 25% off coupon for next visit. Good folks. Great value.
