There’s something shady going on- be warned. Went in for an inspection on Monday and was told that it didn’t pass because the inspector couldn’t get the machine to plug into my car and that a fuse must be out. Was charged the inspection fee- although the actual service wasn’t done because “they couldn’t connect the machine to the port”. Found that’s strange, but whatever. Inspector couldn’t tell me what the issue was and he recommended I take it to Autozone to get the code for the issue using a scanner. I’ve had the car 5 years and never heard of this issue. Went to a mechanic a couple of days later and he was able to use the scanner in the very port the Inspector wasn’t able to connect to. Said there’s no code nor issues and to take it back to Jiffy and there’s no reason to have failed. I take it back to Jiffy the same day to the same Inspector who said it still wasn’t working…had some other jiffy employee try to upsell me on a service which I agreed to (because I had a feeling if I agreed, the inspection would work), and what do you know, the Inspector suddenly is able to connect and I pass. I immediately requested to cancel the upsell service. Luckily I told them it was a re-inspection so I wouldn’t be charged again. Just found it odd that once I agreed to another service, the Inspection issue they had suddenly disappeared.

Pulled up for an oil change, two cars were in the bays. The worker told me that he couldn’t give me an estimate on how long they would take. Nobody was working on the cars and everyone was just talking and hanging out. He wasn’t being helpful, and after asking questions for minutes he said it would take 1-4 hours before they could change my oil, and there was no one else waiting. Don’t recommend for any service or oil change.

Brought my car here for a state inspection. Representative asked what year the vehicle is. He said they “could not complete an inspection for a 2022 vehicle and that I would have to take it to the DMV.” Happy to take my business elsewhere, I advise you do the same.

I went in for a state inspection. Staff was pleasant. The gentleman opened the door for me have a seat in the waiting room. Service was quick. I was there maybe 30 minutes.

ghetto service and staff!!! i went for inspection: my ABS and brake light are on. Kid doing inspection says it won’t pass. i told him for 10 years light has been on. Texas doesn’t require it. he would not listen. Pissed me off!!!! The arrogance while being ignorant!!! don’t waste your time at this place.

Brought my customer vehicle to get state inspection, and i dont know how, but it got hit backing it up on the left corner of the building. While it was getting inspected, i noticed it was the red plastics light broken, on the left rear of the vehicle. Then the inspector said, oh i think i did it ... but that because i discovered right away what happened, and i went outside looking for clues, wich i found it was recently done bybthe inspector while he was backing up. I tried to have this issue solved thru the inspector ,since he did it, he pays for it. But none answer from either him or his corporation" i run a mechanic shop and had it fix in a matter of 1 day, . But them as corporation see it as too hard to take care of simple stuff like this. Brought them an invoice cheaper than the original estimate an other person were charging and taking almost 4 days to get fix. I had to deliver back my customer vehicle and had to take care of the repair out of my pocket
