Jiffy Lube is the only place I go to get my oil change and they do other services as well. Don’t drive by without checking them out with great prices😍

RIP OFF WARNING! Buyer beware. I am sure they're just following corporate mandates, but they were going to fail my inspection for wiper blades. I am skeptical they needed replacing, but I couldn't really argue with them because I can't prove for sure they were fine. But seemed fine a few days ago in the rain. Only one option for replacement blades at a cost of $61. When I said I 'd leave replace them myself, and come back for a retest the cost was suddenly $46 and some change for the inspection and wiper replacement. Service was 5 stars otherwise, but I would not trust them for any service to not be charging you for unneeded services at an exorbitant up charge. So they get a 1 star for the unethical business practices. I cannot recommend using this shop or probably even Jiffy Lube. I have had issues with services at Jiffy Lubes in the past so I only use them for the inspection at this point, for the convenience of its location. But even that will likely change.

Excellent service. I came with my art car and everybody was very kind courteous and answered all my questions. They were very helpful and understanding with explaining everything. I'm definitely going to have to be back soon!

The worst Jiffylube I have ever been to. None of the workers over here was able to reset the ‘maintenance required’ light on my car. To make it worse, my battery head was not properly connected back the first time I visited this location and oil was spilled all over my engine. They didn’t make any attempt to clean up my engine after the oil change. My car has been idling and driving funny since I had my last oil change in this location. It is possible they tampered with something in my car because they all appear to have no knowledge of what they are doing. I recommend you don’t go to this location if you still value your car.

I had a great experience but the only thing that caught my eye is when they vacuum my car out it wasn't completely and it was a little higher than I expected but overall I had a great experience the guys was very friendly and moving in a very fast paste thank you

Jiffy Lube Corporate my family has been a long time customer of store # 717 ran by TL: Marlon W., whose been doing a great job for years.. We've seen lots of different crews over the years but Marlon is the one constant. Which is surprising given his knowledge and great customer service....why hasn't he been promoted him to either District Manager or Assistant General Manager? He's proven he can manage a store and crew for years, why the delay in training him for promotion? I see yall have ~ 7 Assistant General Manager openings...yes, he can easily do that job. Have you even checked with him to see if willing to relocate for a promotion to DM or Asst GM, if relocation is necessary? Do yall promote from within? What's really going on here Jiffy? If he leaves one day, you'll have lost a great manager and several customers as he's the reason several of us families continue going there. Lets get this train moving Jiffy and have a talk with Marlon...its time! Thanks for reading and hopefully considering!!

Mr. Marlon is the best at jiffy lube and his staff is awesome. I don't stay in the area where jiffy lube is anymore but I travel to that location because of Mr. Marlon and his staff.

Sam and Derek are GREAT!!!!! this will be my place for an oil change forever! Great and lovely service and was well thorough with every small thing. 10/10 for sure!
