I had a great experience getting my car serviced today. I came in for an oil change, fuel injector cleaning, spark plug replacement, and an inspection. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour, and my car is already running noticeably smoother. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Jiffy Lube on South Shepherd Dr. in Houston, TX provided excellent service! The staff were super friendly. They helped me with my bags and provided entertainment for my 2 year old while we waited. I went in for oil change, tire rotation, and spark plug change. I was out in less than 2 hours. I'll definitely return.

Unprofessional staff, manager yelling at staff member who put wrong oil in someones car. Then manager wasnt honest with that patron about what happened, it was very obvious. Then manager yelled at patron for recording what they were doing on her car, telling her to stop recording. Ive never seem anything like this.

Man did an excellent job informing me of necessary vehicle maintenance requirements today we did an oil and coolant change was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent service is always.

Stayed here for an hour to get my state inspection. Lots of cars went in front of me. Manager said they were doing oil change. It is a waste of time to come here for State Inspection.

The were professional, helpful, thorough, and fast. They made me aware of any potential issues without making me feel pressured for an up sell. They clearly care a lot about their customers. Shout out to the whole team that was working hard on Tuesday between 5-6 pm. Wish I remembered a name! But they all showed good teamwork and communication. Management should be proud!

Wow excelente trabajo el que recibió mi auto, llegue con una preocupación del daño que ocaciones en mi auto, pero en el taller a pesar de mi idioma me explicaron que deben cambiar, el costo final de todo, y lo mejor regrese a mi casa, sin ningún preocupación gracias a Jiffy Lube #1565
