Update on Jiffy Lube. There must be a change of management. This was our go to place for oil changes and state inspection, so when we took our car in yesterday, we noticed there were no other customers and the employees were sitting around chatting. They told us to park the car and we did, then we waited and waited for someone to come get the car. Finally, we left. I’m really disappointed this is no longer the stellar place it once was.

Service members were quite rude to me, very unhelpful, and made me feel stupid. I needed an emissions test done as well as an oil change and although my insurance is out of state I have full coverage and they told me I should not have moved to Texas which I found quite rude seeing as I clearly live here now. I apologized while going through everything saying it was my first time doing this by myself and rather than having a little sympathy or empathy or even a little extra patience they made me feel like crap. I was in a good mood when I came here and left feeling horrible.

They were really nice and helpful! They figured out what was wrong with my car in no time! I was able to get it fixed and I’m all good now thanks to them!

It appears that the loss of their most skilled employees has significantly impacted their performance. I am greatly dissatisfied with the current level of service.

I had called ahead to find out if they also change car lights. Spoke to Mike and he was very helpful. Got to the location and was greeted by all. The car was serviced by Jesus, Xavier, Jordan and Lyndon. Thanks for your excellent service.

I have 5 vehicles and had been going to this shop for years for all my vehicles basic services until today when I had the worst experience with a vehicle inspection. A technician came and asked me if I wanted to clean the slightly oxidized headlight assembly for $60 and, when I said I would do it myself, he said the vehicle may not pass inspection. He didn't identify himself as the inspector, but I found out later when I went to pay for the service that the technician was the inspector and had failed my inspection. I asked what are the specifications for light from headlights and he said it's inspectors discretion. I then asked the Manager and he confirmed inspectors discretion and offered to clean my headlights for $40. Both these offers seemed like extortion to get a passing inspection and I will never do business with these guys again. I would advise others to avoid this shop at all costs.

Really bad experience. They are just mad. Doing the work in bad mud. I have to leave. Is so sad because I was paying for the service and with this bad experience I don’t think we are going back for anything.

The Braeswood location is very professional. My car maintenance services are consistently speedy. The consideration and integrity they have when providing car services is amazing, I have never been pressured or over charged for my services. I travel to this location every single time.
