Been taking my vehicles here for years. The Mgr Rodney is very professional. and gives great insight on questions and concerns about my vehicles. He also keeps the place really clean. His crew members are very friendly and nice. I recommend Jiffy Lube on Gulfton and Hilcfoft to all families that are looking for honorary members in this company.

Inspection went well however the initial welcome was not professional nor was it kind. I drove up to the garage and the technician came to my car window and I said “hi, how are you today?” Technician responded..”what can we do for you?” I again said hello how are you today? He said “I’m trying to do my job.” He was not happy about something but it doesn’t excuse his lack luster attitude. He did open the door for me.

The workers at this location are exceptionally courteous and polite. The caring attitude I experienced that morning was up building. Their attitude matches their work quality, GREAT! Whatever training the company provides for these employees is excellent 👍

I didn't expect to be impressed by Jiffy Lube, but I love the Jiffy Lube on Gulfton and Hillcroft. The young men are always so courteous . They tell you what you need but they soft sell it if you're a DIYer.

👋🏽The service's quick and worth while . My coupon was honored, I had assistance changing my filter inside my vehicle ( brought the filter and didn't know where....) and everyone's very professional at what they do . Back Again❤️ Great Personalities! Great Service! These guys are punctual. When I returned for the CT6 inspection and emissions test for my Rx 350, they were busy with other tasks. As I was parking, the technician walked out to greet me. The atmosphere was appreciative, warm, and friendly. Went to Jiffy Lube (Gulfton location) just to get an oil change and was pleasantly surprised of all the services they provide and how fast my car was serviced (no waiting at all). From the moment I drove up to drive-out, everyone was professional and showed exceptional customer service. I walked out feeling completely satisfied and will definitely go back for my car maintenance services! Also spreading the word to all my family and friends to go to Jiffy Lube.
