A technician suggestedp add engine coolant as I was extremely low and he said that’s dangerous. I took the car to my mechanic and he said I was totally fine. Your tech wanted to charge us almost $300 for that with suggestions like this. I’ve completely lost trust in your Jiffy Lube location. I’ve been going there for several decades and brought all my family cars five in all you can expect not to have my business anymore.

This is probably the best jiffy lube I have ever been to! I got off work and immediately went to jiffy lube hoping they could get me in before they closed in 30 minutes. I pulled into the work area and immediately Patrick approached my vehicle asking how he could help. I apologized as I knew they were closing soon and asked if they could get me in to do an oil change. Without hesitation, he stopped me and said I had nothing to apologize for and that he would be more than happy to get me in. He said “whether it’s 30 minutes or 10 minutes before we close, we will be more than happy to get you in for a service”. He also noticed my registration sticker was up and asked if I needed an inspection as well! Even though they were about to close, he still generously asked if I wanted an inspection too! Since I already got the inspection done, I declined and continued with the oil change only. The team at Jiffy Lube got me in and out, so quick and efficient. The rest of the team was also very nice and made sure to put the customers first. After Patrick got me in, he went over all the details of my car and recommendations. Usually I am a little hesitant of this part because I don’t know a lot about cars. He made sure to go into detail about all the details and recommendation so I would understand. He did a great job and I was really appreciative of his time. I was very impressed by the quickness of service, but more importantly Patrick’s customer service. He is excellent at what he does and truly cares about the customer. He is a great employee and really nice. I will be returning to this location solely based on the customer service I received today.

I’ve been coming here about 3 years and the staff has always been really friendly, which is why i keep coming back. My only issue was I came to get my state inspection (which I’ve done with them many times before) and this year my car failed the inspection. They never told me or explained to me why it failed. Now i know it states it on the receipt, but I'm just a girl :( i don’t know how to decode car abbreviations. My car has never failed inspection before so maybe this is normal for them to do. It just would have been nice for them to at least go over it verbally with me like they do everything else.

The staff at this location are the BEST. They are so in to taking care of cars that they seem to literally LOVE their jobs. They always take care of me and my car, reminding me of items that need tending to based on the mileage. Really appreciate them not taking advantage of us folks who just pay for what they recommend. My account goes back to 2012 when we moved into this neighborhood. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

Work done today was “to check out an oil leak after change and inspection. Watched it from waiting room while staff worked in pit, removing access panel beneath and cleaning, as well as inspecting prior work. Turns out that the oil filter replacement had a bad gasket, accounting for the leak. Filter was replaced, as well as same synthetic oil. Observed how manager oversaw and participated in work, involving staff. Work accomplished

I brought my car back just shortly after opening on a Sunday for an oil change and inspection. It’s a fleet vehicle, and I informed them upon arrival that they would need to call as I was not at the mileage yet and had been receiving emails from the fleet company that I needed to change the oil. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing a car that arrived after me being serviced while my car sat in the back untouched, I inquired and learned they were waiting for approval. They told me “it’s Sunday and fleet companies are closed.” I informed them that if they called, they would get quick approval. (I’ve been in this situation before.). No offer to call, so I asked my car to be pulled up for me and left. I will go somewhere else. They were polite but simply did not prioritize getting me serviced.
