I'll start off by saying Lube Techs are not Mechanics and they cannot provide you with accurate mechanical diagnostics besides the basics that anyone can visually see. Bc real automotive diagnostics skills can take years to hone. And they will sometimes try to talk you into services that are not needed and sometimes are not good for the longevity of your vehicle depending on its age or mileage. I have nothing against Lube Techs bc I think it can be a great starting point for kids that interested in getting into the automotive industry and often while they are going to a trade school. But you should always get a 2nd opinion by a real mechanic that has actual shop experience before doing so. And I know that there General Manager at this store went to a local trade school and has spent the last 8yrs of her career working at Jiffy Lube. Which to any real mechanic like myself or the amazing people that have mentored me throughout my 20yr career of working on vehicles ranging from $1,300 - 1.3 million equals zero real world shop experience. And I do my best to stay humble and respect others unless the situation calls for it. That's why it was absolutely mind blowing for a person in her position to be so arrogant and give me a extremely smart attitude. Knowing that myself and almost everyone I have worked with well before she went to a trade school could outperform her on any given day. And normally I would never say anything like this to any fellow person in the industry. But occasionally its necessary. And I would advise anyone who goes here to get a 2nd opinion on anything other than your basic vehicle maintenance. Bc staying on top of your basic vehicle maintenance is vital to the longevity of your vehicle. I am not in anyway saying to not go to this store. I am just saying use caution for anything beside the basics.

Pulled in and out in all of 15 minutes! The gentleman were very kind, opened my door for me to get in and out of my vehicle. Offered me water and were very personable. I wish I’d asked their names to list. Great experience and customer service today!

I love going to Jiffy Lube. They are quick and efficient. They explain everything about your car you need and don't need using a computer system, that's right in front of you with pricing. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. I always take my cars to them.

Went for an oil change because I couldn't read the sticker from my previous oil change. The person I dealt with said I still had 1500 miles until I needed another change. He said he would change it if I really wanted but he didn't think it was necessary. They continued to top of my fluids. They charged me nothing. I will come back for my maintenance every time . I can trust them. I will also recommend them to others. I am so pleased with my service.
