I had a bad experience at the location on Gessnar Rd, Houston TX. The work was sloppy and was charged for a tire rotation when I did not ask for one. Went in for a diagnostics and was.convinves I needed a break fluid flush. After that was.convinced.i needed.a Radiator Coolant/AFCFlyid Exchange. I got my car in worst condition than I got it. Now my check breaks light does not turn off and they said that its not their fault. That they did their job. And I could call the District Manager. The worst service I have gotten from a professional establishment.

Overpriced & after 1 week, I got the oil light again. Pumped all of the tires to 48 psi when 36 psi was recommended. They could’ve popped on our way back and we had to deflate them back at home. Good thing we checked the psi. Please train your staff.

This Jiffy Lube location is especially great! My oil light was on. They checked it. All ok. It’s probably the sensor going bad. No charge. Very nice

Been taking our cars there for years. Won't anymore in the future. Tried to get a state inspection while doing an $250 tune up and was told the plug in didn't work, failed my car, charged $25.50 and told me to take it to a Mechanic. I went to Mr. Sticker on the same day. They was able to plug it in and passed it within 10 mins. When I called Jifflube back they told me thanks for letting us know but we won't refund your money. For $25.50 you just lost a devoted customer

Jiffy Lube Spring Branch on Gessner was the best service and most reasonable price I've seen for years. It's my 12th year to use them.

I want to give more stars but they didn’t return my glove compartment box back the way they found it. Now I have to figure out how to attach it back correctly. It didn’t even need a cabin air filter change.

As always I am completely satisfied by the excellent work and prompt actions of the dedicated Jiffy Lube team when inspecting my car. That’s why I repeatedly choose them for my oil change needs and for state inspection. The one I used today is on 1618 N Gessner Road, Houston, TX 77080

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years now and I feel like I need to write a review after my visit today. I went after work to get my oil changed and I had also asked them to check on my washer fluid to see if I’ll need some there. Typically I don’t fall for the added things like changing air filters etc but today the gentleman servicing my car said it’s a good idea it’s been 2 years… so I said OK. What I did NOT agree to is new windshield wipers and a couple of other added extras… my total: $245!!!! I said WHAT!!! I feel like since I am a young woman and don’t know much about cars/ what they need I sometimes get taken advantage of in situations like this. I give 2 stars today because the worker checking me out gave me a discount to make my total $205. Today was a learning experience for me but seriously… do better.
