Jiffy Lube.... more like Iffy lube. Understaffed and uninterested in in working. One guy was smoking the other one was pacing endlessly in the waiting area.

First time here and will forever be a customer!!! Ference Barnes & Wendel took extra care of my car and was able to throughly explain what’s going on with my car. Without him I’d be stuck on the side of the road. Real life savers!!!!

I drive for uber and i went there because i didnt want to wait for an hour at the dealership. They offered an online price for $114 with an uber discount of $20 because of a full synthetic oil change. When they finished the oil change was charged $122.38 minus a $18.36 discount. Also added a shop supply for $7.99 instead of the $5.99 stated on the disclaimer. When questioned the tech said that the prices changed they just havent updated then. I should have just gone to the dealership

When I arrived I asked the attendant if I could get my vacuum pump replaced on my truck, as I had a soft brake pedal and had previously been quoted to have my vacuum pump replaced at another shop. The attendant told me that they would be able to replace it the following day as it was after 4:00 and they needed to order the part, but could do a brake flush same-day. Got the brake flush and came back the next morning to get the vacuum pump. Instead of him setting up a vacuum pump replacement, he instead set up a Master Cylinder replacement. After replacing the Master cylinder, the attendant that replaced the master cylinder advised me that there was no improvement to the braking system and that it seemed as if the vacuum pump was the culprit. I advised him that the vacuum pump was the reason that I had come in to begin with and that I was confused. I still needed to get this done, but could not get it completed on that day as it was too late and they had to order the part (I was there for 7 hours and no improvement). I came back Saturday morning to get the vacuum pump replaced. After that was completed there was a slight improvement in the braking system. But Sunday night, the new vacuum pump failed while I was out. I had to drive back home from Southwest Houston with no power on the brakes. I returned to Jiffy Lube on Monday morning and they had to warranty the vacuum pump and replace again. After this was completed, the attendant asked me if I knew that my engine was making a sound. I was confused as that had not been the case prior. As I went home things got worse to the point where when I sat idle the engine was shaking and when I pressed down on the gas there was a rattling noise. I took off work on Tuesday, because I didn't think driving that far would be feasible, and went to JiffyLube instead to drop off the vehicle for diagnostics. They ran Diagnostics at 10:30 that morning, but I did not receive a call. I called numerous times to see if there was a status update to no answer. I returned at 4:00. I had dropped the car off in the morning and they basically just left my truck outside the bay with the hood open for hours and did not call for a status update. Finally they advised me to take the car to a dealership for more evaluation. I'm disappointed in the process as I had to go to the store 5 of 6 days, spent $1000 and at this point my truck was worse off than when I brought it in. My check engine light is literally flashing and my engine is shaking and sputtering. None of this was the case prior to arriving at the store, as I only came to fix a soft brake. Upon taking the truck to a different mechanic, I was told that the engine was shot and would not function properly and needed to be replaced. I had to replace my truck. Management was not accommodating and of course would not admit to any kind of wrongdoing, even thought the truck ran fine when I brought it in. I have spent thousands of dollars to buy a new car, as my truck was too dangerous to continue driving. If you don’t want to run the risk of having your car ruined, do not go here.

This Location is easy to get to, right off of I45. I've visited on multiple occasions for different issues and the CSA Ference B. is usually there. He's always professional, courteous, and patient with the customers. He's honest on the issues and upfront with the price, which I definitely appreciate.

Deceptive pricing practices..quote for a synthetic oil change of $109..agreed..then price came out to $157. Saying your vehicle takes more oil than most; however we were standing at my vehicle when I was quoted.

I went to get a state inspection. The staff was very patient with me because I couldn’t find my insurance information. They were quick and efficient. I will have to go here more often.

Having taken in my vehicle for an inspection upon opening (7:55 am.), only to be told by the opening employee that he won't work unless his "crew" comes in. They arrived at 8:20 only to continously ignore me and talk amongst each other and other customers that arrived after me. I asked about the wait time and they just said for me to continue to wait. At 9:00 am, I just walk out without and inspection or any acknowledgement as they continued to ingore me. I went right over to Mr. Sticker and had the best customer service and experience. I will never return to this location and let everyone know to stay away until the owner replaces those employees that don't care about their job.

Muy mal trabajo hace 2 meses fui para hacerle servicio a mi troca el filtro de aceite se lo dejaron flojo y me mancho el concreto de mi casa y compartimento donde ba el filtro de aire de la cabina le perdieron 2 tornillos y supuestamente le cambiaron frenos y discos y ahorita del lado izquierdo frontal el disco esta totalmente rallado y truena al momento de dar vuelta muy mal trabajo. Si puede agalo ustedes o busquen un mejor taller 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👐
