Our car had started acting up so I shopped around and found this place. The ladies there were very friendly and fixed me right up! They were very knowledgeable and didn't over charge me. Our mechanic explained in great detail everything that was wrong and how she was going to fix it. Our car is running great now. I’d definitely recommend the ladies at Jiffy Lube. I know we’ll be back for sure!

Came in for an oil change Tiffany has amazing customer service and communication. It's so hard to find a reputable place to change your oil. They even replaced the screws in my skid plate that the last place didn't put back. I will definitely come back to this location.

Absolute amazing service. Was greeted immediately and pulled right into service. He was even honest and didn’t try to sell me all the extras most places try to up sale you. I went with his recommendations and went on about my day. Thank you all for the great service

Now it is making a loud noise and they damage the panel underneath car I have a 2022 and I’ve been going to jiffy lube for over 30 year but these were inexperienced people.

The service was not good people were not paying attention to their own jobs they were performing. Employees on the floor were on phones playing loud music dancing.all I ask was for a simple oil change. But they have to check everything on their list they forgot to put a new oil filter on my truck he put the same oil filter back on. How do I know my truck lost 3 quart of oil from Thursday to Monday morning. It took that long for the oil to blend through the skid plate. And see it on my driveway. When I took it back to jiffy lube the service manager apologized and told me you are not the only one that was upset with the same issue. The oil filter was check out and was leaking out oil. The service manager asked for the oil filter and said that it had to be the old one because no date or signature was signed on the oil filter.no one offered to reimburse me for the 2 quart of oil I had to buy for me to drive to jiffy lube . I’m don’t know if I will be back to that location. Sincerely Jesus j

Today Sunday October 27, 2024 was a great experience here at the Houston Uvalde Rd location! Tiffany assisted me was was very wonderful! SHE AND SHE ONLY restored my faith in Uvalde Rd Houston Jiffy Lube. I will be back for my next oil change!! VERY SATISFIED You are awesome Tiffany!

Tiffany was super helpful when I called and asked a couple questions about a 150cc scooter inspection. I showed up when they opened at 9am on a Sunday morning and Marvin completed the inspection quickly and efficiently. They both did a great job. Thank You.

Dear Jiffy Lube Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location. During my visit for a vehicle inspection, the staff seemed more focused on their phones than assisting customers. When I requested help, I was met with vague excuses and a lack of interest. Frustrated, I left and had my vehicle inspected at a state inspection and auto repair facility, where I received much better service. I hope you address these issues with your staff to improve customer experiences in the future.
