I drive a very fussy turbo charged engine, things like zinc content of manufactures specs really matter to me, today asked if they had any oil that conformed to my makers spec, they said they didn't know and I had to research it myself which I'm happy to do. After being told to go inside, I tried to talk to the guy behind the counter who told me to take a seat and he would be with me, I was called to the little desk and told I didn't really need to research the spec or the proposed oils compatibility and then shown a in cabin air filter that was a little dirty, I asked them if that was from my truck and did they damage it? I asked for my keys back but they said it wasn't possible because the oil was drained out of it. Keith started tying to box me in with my word "didn't you ask for an oil change?" Well we had not come to conclusion they had a compatible oil or a price, so no I haven't come to any sort of agreement with you about the oil change. I guess he must have told the guys in the bay I was not to his liking and they were giving me looks that make me not trust they didn't sabotage my engine or some system. I told my wife and my son and both of them said they had really poor experience with them also. I don't think this one is on me, in a very slick way at the end of our conversation he said "can I show you the door" greasy sales guy stuff where he says rude things in a way that can't totally pin him down. Don't give these guys your money, they don't have the character to admit they made a mistake or they are sorry. Fish rot from the head down.

I was greeted quickly once I pulled into the lot and escorted into a clean waiting room. The service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. He was direct with the cost and helped me out with some coupons. The service overall was speedy and they even vacuumed my drivers side. 10/10 will be back.

I had such a good experience with Dave and his fellow co-workers everyone was so nice. As soon as I got there they quickly assisted me and started working on my car in no time. They also were so helpful and even re-placed all my little ducks around my car for a nice treat later. Can say I definitely come back to this location again. Thanks for the help.

Stopped for state inspection. Though I was 3rd in line they were pretty quick. Free water bottles in the waiting room. Clean waiting room. Good service!

The process was extremely long and there was not many customers. I chose the conventional oil change instead of not getting the fully synthetic oil change for $109 he said they would be putting the wrong oil in the car and it’s my car if I won’t to put the wrong oil they will. I think that’s very unprofessional and will be the reason I don’t visit jiffy lube again. They also did not reset my oil indicator nor place a sticker in the window.
