A friend of mine took her car here and they cracked her oil pan and didn't tell her. Two days later her car went into limp mode. She took it back to them they admitted to cracking it. Kept it a month they did change oil pan but when she picked it up was smoking in limp mode and turbo was messed up. Now there saying they aren't responsible for the turbo or it being in limp mode but before going here she drove an hour to an from work everyday and car was fine no check engine light nothing. All of thos happened after them messing up the oil pan. I wouldn't trust them with my car and felt everyone else should know that if they mess up your car they not going to fix it. I had give them a star to post this not because they deserved it

I missed my appointment at the dealership for an oil change so I came here. The staff was friendly and nice however after this oil change my car is running horrible. It is jerking and lagging and I haven’t ever experienced this issue until after this oil change. I called and brought my car back. The technician checked my car and even drove it and said there was nothing abnormal about how my car drove and that an oil change wouldn’t affect the performance of my vehicle right away. While that could be true this problem started as soon as I drove off their lot. I’m disappointed because I chose jiffy lube because I thought they were reputable however I will continue to take my vehicle to the dealership and dealership only.

I passed the state inspection. The inspector was polite and patient. I didn't carry all the necessary documents, but the inspector explained to me what I must present, wasted time on me. Thanks a lot!

The service was good. But $150 for synthetic oil change AFTER a $26 discount on a 4 door sedan is insane. That means it was almost $200 for an oil change before the discount.

I was there a week ago trying to tune up only as i got maintenance required sign But lady there at workshop said i need to fix lots of other things which I don’t at the time It was costly nevertheless i did as she said Just three hours of fixing everything i got check engine light Thats all ! Thanks! 😊

Good luck trying to get service within an hour of closing. This location will say anything not to have to do work, even for a simple inspection. Today, I was told they were out of 'inspection stickers' from the NC DMV lol. Complete fabrication. I think the time before the 'machine was down'. Poor management/oversight, it's that simple. Caveat emptor!

Kareem met me at my car and after I explained what I wanted, he was very pleasant and showed me to the waiting room. It wasn’t long before they told me all that I needed and it was just another short time before I got checked out. I know they have to offer you all kinds of services, but they weren’t pushy about it and I really appreciated Courtney’s courtesy. I will definitely go back to this Jiffy Lube location!

POS!!! Never coming back to Jiffy lube. Said 5min for an inspection turned into 30min. Then tells me I failed my inspection due to tint… and charges me $24. Scammers… taking peoples money and time for nothing.

Same outcome as everyone who came and got an inspection over charged and lied to if I already wasn’t there waiting I would have took it to someone else charged me 60 dollars for 2 windshield wipers and u can look up the regular price of those I honestly think he just wanted more money because nothing was wrong with my car

Today's visit was a regular oil changed for my blue sentra (blue devil). I had email with a $15off coupon but could not use it cause it was for conventional oil change, but the gentleman checking me use my $10off coupon which was cool. He did let me know about my spark plugs would need to be changed and other maintenance work. But the next coupon I used need to be for high mileage. Jiffy Lube always gave me good service since before COVID-19. Thanks Jiffy.
