The place was very clean and organized. The young lady was the only one that seemed to be doing all the work. When I showed up there was only one truck there. Wasn't even pulled into the bay. She was handling all the calls and communicating with the customers. There was one guy in the bay area. They pulled my car in and it sat there for 30 minutes before anything was started for the inspection. One guy checked the lights and wipers. Then nothing. Two more guys came from some where. One of them started the inspection again. Then it looked like he was yelling at the young lady. Why did this guy take 30 minutes to come out of hiding to perform my inspection. Why were they in the back doing God knows what while the young lady was doing all the work? She gets 4 stars alone.

I try not to be a complainer but management needs to know. Every time I go here it’s something else that leaves me frustrated. They advertise vacuuming with their full service, last 2 times I came I had to remind them after they pulled the vehicle out. They have forgot my reminder sticker both times as well. Maybe I’m not picking bet these are simple things that I expect. Today I came in and after waiting 45 minutes they pulled 2 vehicles in before me that had arrived after me. Excuse was they were in front of that bay, but interesting that they moved my vehicle to put a different one in front of me saying he was there 1st. Whole time I was waiting, my vehicle had the window down out in the rain. Soaking my door panel and electronics. All that to say I just walked out and won’t be back. I’ve used jiffy lube for years but there are too many options these days to be frustrated every time I come in.

Had a really great experience here!!! I would recommend anyone to come here, for any type of service that this company provides. The staff were very nice and friendly and this will be my go to place from this day forward. Go the JIFFY LUBE WAY!!!!

Had normal oil change service, cabin filter change and tire rotation. I got halfway home (maybe a mile from the shop) and low tire pressure warning came on. Got home and found RF tire flat and the valve stem cap barely screwed on….. Tire has held pressure since. Suspicious? I think so.

I have never experienced such blatant rip-off in all my service experience. They try to get you to pay for things that is not needed.

I took my car to this workshop and they had a young boy do the work and I took it to change the oil, filter and change the spark plugs. They broke the screws on the engine cover and they gave me my car like this with these metals screwed into the engine. My car I am looking for a lawyer to fix my car is a 2012 F-150 I am very angry and dissatisfied this has never happened to me before

Would not do a state inspection on tesla.. well not this year, last year they did no problem. Guy was about to then co worker said not to.

Girlfriend went to this jiffy lube and was told they couldn't find the oil filter on a VW bug, literally you are supposed to be a oil change shop and don't know how change oil seems insane, would not trust mechanics who work here to do anything but clean the windshields and that's questionable.

Changing oil isn’t hard, you obviously pay for the convenience. However, if you want a competent shop to go to, go elsewhere. Having said that, if you like to be talked to in a condescending way, this is your place! Enjoy
