Went there two days in a row, first day waited and then they tell us computers are down, okay it happens. Come back next day and they are shut down doing inventory during normal production hours, and staff was just standing around. Not how you manage a business and will not be going back.

They are always great here, especially with customer service and they’re very quick at getting an oil change done pending you don’t have a long line before hand. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. It wasn’t bad at all.

The entire crew at this Jiffy Lube needs a raise across the board. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic and efficient. This experience is what I imagine Jiffy Lube would describe as their "ideal experience". Seriously these folks need a raise they are an incredibly professional representation of their company PAY THEM MORE REWARD YOUR HIGH LEVEL EMPLOYEES SO THEY STAY AROUND AND ATTRACT OTHER HIGH LEVEL WORKERS!!!

I guess in trying to find the maintenance reset setting they reset the auto lock system on the vehicle. Hopefully nothing else was reset. They could have mentioned it when I checked out
