They took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation right when I arrive because it’s first come first serve. It was done in about 30 minutes. My air filter were dirty, they offered to change it, but I wasn’t ready for it so they kindly show me how to change it myself. Really professional and fair price! I’m traveling with a trailer so going in the 10 minute oil change doesn’t please me as I have to unhook the trailer so it’s better for me when everything can be done at the same time, which they did!

I went to get an oil change shortly after they opened. There was one car in the bay next to me when I pulled up. Staff was friendly, but one particular employee was very slow. I got there at 7:30am and left at 8:15. Nothing jiffy about this location. Even with checking the air filter, tires and battery, there is no reason it should've taken 40-45 minutes for my specific vehicle. I've been to the Jiffy Lube off Herndon and Blackstone, and they didn't take this long even at 4pm during peak hours.

These idiots tightened down my oil filter cover so far to the max on the last oil change that I broke my oil filter wrench, had to go spend $58 on a new one just for that to not work either even with a breaker bar. Going to have to break it off now and go buy a whole new cover. The one time I don’t have the means to change my oil and have someone else do it ends up costing me in the long wrong. Don’t take your vehicle here for any type of service. A 30 minute job has now turned into a multi day project for me thanks to them. Merry Christmas to me!

They didn't correctly tighten my oil plug oil stains in my driveway I went back and they said it wasn't properly tightened. :*(
