Thomas' customer service is the reason I am leaving this 5 star review. Exceptional customer service. I will return to this jiffy lube any time I need their services. It is 35° outside and these guys are still providing top notch service.

Don’t show up at 5:30. They’ll throw a fit and make a lot of body gestures of how unhappy you just made them feel. Probably because they’ll have to get there hands dirty again. Can’t trust a tech to do the job properly if they’re thinking about how they can short cut the process so they can get you out sooner. After all you probably don’t really need 5 qts of oil. I’ll take my business to Take 5. Their techs hands are always dirty from working all day till 8pm.

I got my oil changed yesterday and less than an hour later my engine started knocking. When I lifted the hood, there was a oil puddled around my sparkplugs from carelessness. My car is not driveable. All the manager would say is that it happens sometimes and he didn't know what to do. No one can get a hold of his boss, Chris. Now, 2 days before Christmas, I no longer have a car. Stay away from this place

This was my first experience at Jiffy Lube off Camp Bowie West after moving to Fort Worth. I usually went to one of the Austin locations. Thomas and his crew gave the absolute BEST service and went above and beyond. I always wonder why I keep coming back and the service never disappoints! 10/10

Went in for a trailer inspection near closing time. All employees I saw acknowledged me and seemed eager to help. Hard to find this these days. All the guys were friendly and the tech took care of me quickly. Customer service is hard to find and these guys did well. Good to see.

Best customer service I've ever received. I was in and out within 30 minutes for a tire rotation and oil change. All the men were respectful and took great care of my truck. I will be back for sure.

El técnico me cobro 26 dólares por hacerme la inspección me envió a correr el auto 100 a 200 millas, por 2 sensores que no quería leer la máquina y la inspección no pasaba por las plumillas que el me las vendía por 80 dólares cuando valen 20 $

In and out super fast. There were only two other cars so I was able to be seen right away. Stayed in my van and they guys worked fast. They cleaned my windows and explained some potential problems I have been having.
