I was in a rush and the employees at jiffy lube on Kenworthy and Transmountain are really on the ball, they get you in and out in a timely manner and get the job done right. They are super nice and they do not walk around talking to each other and take forever getting the work done, and this place is spotless in the waiting room and the shop area is super clean also. Not like some other places I have been too where the shop is dirty and the waiting area is dusty and dont offer anything to drink while waiting on your vehicle and they forget to put bolts back in and parts fall off because they are to busy talking and goofing off.

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! From the moment I drove in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. They quickly got to work on my oil change, and I was in and out in no time. The technicians were friendly and took the time to explain the services I needed without being pushy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I also appreciated the extra services they offered, like checking my tires and fluids. Overall, great service, fast turnaround, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I pulled into the service bay. They got started right away and made sure to explain the inspection process, which put me at ease. What really stood out was how efficient they were—my car was inspected thoroughly but quickly, saving me time while still ensuring everything was done properly. They checked all the required components, like emissions, brakes, and lights, and even gave me a heads-up about upcoming maintenance I might need without pressuring me into any additional services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the inspection. Before I knew it, I had my passing inspection sticker and was back on the road. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for state inspections. Their team is knowledgeable, courteous, and gets the job done with no hassle. I’ll definitely return for future inspections and services.

3rd time here and it’s always well over an hour to get an oil change, I had a $20 coupon and I still ended up paying $90 ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend

Any time I've been to Jiffy Lube I've always been assisted with excellent customer service. About a year ago I came in for some new spark plugs and coils. It was taken care of promptly. Recently my engine light came on so I went and got the codes read and went to back to Jiffy Lube to see what can be done since the parts were under warranty. And management went out of her way to assist me. But still was having problems. So I took my car to my mechanic and he took a look at my car and came back to tell me that the spark plugs were loose and the spark plugs haven't been torqued. It was horrible. And it was even horrible knowing id literally paid out the butt for crap work done.

From the moment I drove up, someone was already to my car and he was awesome! Great customer service at this place and my technician Adrian was helping me out beyond expectations which compelled me to leave this review. Never been here before, but I know where I’m going from now on.
