Erin Garcia is the BEST! I took my car in for an oil change and new breaks, they close at 4 on Sundays. I was going to come back another day to get my breaks done but he stayed after 4 to get my breaks done. He's a life saver!

For a business that says their quick on oil changes they sure take their time and it wasn’t even busy I was there for almost an hour could’ve just done it myself. And the prices aren’t even right from online ofcourse you go in person and their way more and they offer a discount coupon which doesn’t help at all. So in my opinion I’d go else where.

I do not recommend this place. I felt like I inconvenienced the employees by showing up. When I pulled up to one of the service bases, I actually was waiting outside for a while and had to go inside to get one of the employees come and help us. When I went inside to pay for my service, there was monsters energy drinks everywhere and it just looked like a mad chaos inside the office.

I was blessed to have Garcia's team and Andrew replace my brake rotors and pads quickly and efficiently. They were competent and straightforward. His quote was the actual quote. No hidden fees and he gave me a better discount than the standard military discount. Ask for Garcia's team and Andrew!

Came into the 4174 pebble hills location @ 8:30 am. Guys greeted me and I told them I was trying to get a safety inspection. Pulled my vehicle right in to the bay and got to work. Jiffy lube offered a coupon and it saved a few dollars. Location is very convenient for me and they offer a pretty big list of services. I will be back for sure.

General Manager Erin Garcia stayed overnight to work on my vehicle to ensure it was ready for me in the morning. Going out of his way. On top of that he communicated with me clearly about issues that my car was having before doing any work or any tests that would have otherwise failed and/or charged me more money. Fantastic work ethic and great customer service. Definitely recommend anyone wanting an oil change, brakes changed or a state inspection.

Great staff. The my acknowledged my concerns’ and alleviated my stress with the team they have that worked together to make sure my concerns were answered with correct action for my mechanical needs’. They treated my vehicle as if it was their own. No corners cut, I saw protocol being adhered to. Prices are great, they offer a wide range of service and products’, even tires’. I’m going back to get quotes and so I end with this , that this location has a great team and work culture. I would recommend anyone to not just take my word but go in and see for yourselves’.

Had an emergency with my vehicle it was leaking a lot of oil. Luckily this location by Pebble Hills high School was open til 7pm. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by Melinda and taken care of within minutes . I waited less than 2 minutes before my car was pulled into the garage. Garcia is one who took care of the car and looked at all the issues. Luckily him and his co-worker Alex were very honest and professional ! We highly recommend this location for quick fast friendly service.

My brake lights went out and Tommy from Autozone told me to go over and see Aaron here at this Jiffy Lube location. He was super awesome and helped me out. He was kind, professional and worked quickly. I don't like going to any car service people because they all talk to me condescendingly because I'm a girl. Because of that, I've learned to take care of my cars maintaince myself. It was nice to have someone not talk down to me when it came to my vehicle. I really appreciate that. Thank you. I will send my people over to him. Great service.

Went in for a state inspection at 4:40 Wednesday 27 the guys did an oil change on a guy before me 3 guys at the time and then waited more than 20 min and nothing same 3 guys working on a car that went after me and then I look thru the window and the 3 are steering down the engine doing nothing so I walk out and ask me to wait just a little longer 5 min job don’t need to take more then 20 min not a bad service but no service at all my car was off and parked on the side
