This is the worst service I EVER had at ANY oil change company. They first explained that I was going to be charged $119 but I was charged $246 with NO explanation of the extra charges. I had NO IDEA why I was paying $246 instead of $119!! To top it off, my car did NOT feel right after the service. It felt like my breaks were tampered with. This is by far the most disgusting group of people to entrust your car with. Avoid at all cost.

All the oil they put in is on garage floor! Looks like they put a wrong filter or the gasket. When I arrived at Jiffy Lube associate did not know how to start my car (press the button). When I was ready to drive off I was asked to give them a car for another 15 minutes. They new they did something wrong. Still profuse oil leakage! My attempts to call them did not succeed. Option to talk to associate caused hang up on their part. Apparently they don't speak to customers over the phone. BEWARE!

Came in today for my Subaru and my boyfriend’s Ford. Quickest oil change we’ve ever had! I felt the price was fair, but I really appreciated them filling up our tires and wiper fluid. The techs that helped us out, Tim and Ernest, were knowledgeable and weren’t pushy. Definitely will be back!

Deleted my previous 5 star review after today's disappointment. The guy quoted me the price when I drove in and showed it to me on the computer. It was 59.99 . I understand inflation and the fact that it was $20 more than previous visits to Jiffy Lube. While performing the oil change they informed me that they had to install a special Ford part that would cost me an extra $15. Wish they had told me that before doing it. After the job was complete they told me that they added more oil than the allotted amount and therefore I had to pay an additional fee for that too. I had a $15 coupon so I ended up spending around $75 instead of their total of $90. I would have been better off going to the Ford dealership.

I had about a twenty minute wait before my car was taken in , once it was taken in it only took about fifteen minutes before it was ready, all of the employees I spoke to were very polite and courteous and did their jobs very well. I would recommend them to anyone that i know.

In the past I heard different opinions about this location, some were very scary but the service I received today was truly outstanding. The service was really good and quick and all team members were very polite. I'm going to come back here for the next oil change.

Went to Jriffy lube about four days ago. Way over priced ,they never checked my external lights, they put about 4 ozs windshield fluid and I got charged never again:)

Way to expensive for a simple oil change. I usually go to Rapid Lube where the prices are more reasonable. Where I'd normally only pay $60, they charged me $100 plus tax after a $15 off coupon. Never going back.
