Guys that work there have been so helpful I appreciate them they are friendly and willing to help I stopped at the Jiffy Lube in Council Bluffs on Broadway it was very pleased with the service.

Lousy people skills. Dude blew up and cussed at me when I told him I didn't want a $126 oil change and the coupon from their website wouldn't work because they were out of the only oil the coupon covered. Unprofessional.

The gentleman at the cash regrister was friendly and explained the price. The technicians failed to get the cover plate under the car on correctly. It is now dragging on the ground. I am very disappointed. That is not quality work and bad business. I can not recommend you with poor quality workmanship.

Staff has no idea what they are doing. Went I'm for a simple oil change and my truck leaked non-stop after. Had to go to another shop to get it fixed. Lot of people had the same problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The attendant smelled of beer he said he inflated my tires to the proper amount. He did not I had to do it myself!!! And I called to point this out no one answered

The manager was racist and called us n word even thought we had an appointment and called cops on us. At the end of the day the police told us it was not the first time in that location

This place is a joke. Quoted me $50 more than Grease Monkey down the street. No wonder why there's never any customers there but Grease Monkey is always busy.

Took my car there a few months ago to get an oil change they were going to charge me $180 for an oil change. I said no & they ended up making the price down to $100. I wasn’t upset until I just took my car somewhere else to get an oil change & they said whoever put my oil filter on, put it on way to tight & damaged where the filter goes. Now I’m stuck having to get this fixed. Last place who did my oil change was jiffy lube. I am not happy about this.

I stopped at the Jiffy Lube on Bdway to ask for help with the air in my tires and I'm so glad the guys could help me! My light came on, so I had inflated them, OVER inflated them to a dangerous level. 😵 They promptly deflated each one to the proper level and respectfully coached me on what to do in the future. No charge and offered to help anytime. Thanks Derrick and the other guys!!!

Will not return, failed to fill oil. Took truck back, no leaks found even by them.
