The techs that worked on my car were friendly and courteous. I know there’s a lot of turnover at these places, and the job is not easy, but the current staff were courteous and made the experience pleasant. Excellent customer service.

I have never met such an amazing group of people - the staff at this Corvallis Jiffy Lube were amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. I think at some point or another every single person working there checked in on me - there was an unexpected delay in getting me into the bay for service and they made it an amazingly smooth wait. I don’t even live in Corvallis and was down visiting friends, but I honestly will continue going to that particular shop on my visits. Their customer service is worth gold.

The staff is great, helpful and quick. They are respectful and kind. We always have our oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I love this Jiffy Lube. The people who work there do seem to care. They have to sell but I feel like they are reasonable and not pushy

I live in PA now, but drive back to Oregon most summers. Corvallis Jiffy Lube is always my 1st stop when I arrive. They take good care of me and keep me safe on my 5000 mile commute

It was actually fun watching the crew work with each other, shouting information, handing equipment and tools, and communicating every finding with me immediately. My needs were met and I enjoyed my time spent at this business.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!! I had accidentally overfilled my oil and drove an hour without realizing it. When I did, I pulled in there In a panic with a terribly messy car. They ALL treated me so graciously and with dignity and respect. They fixed the problem and asked what else they could do. WHILE SMILING!! I was so thankful for these angels. They saved me! 5 stars and then some! What an example of customer service.

I called ahead and asked if they could change spark plugs ( my engine was misfiring) they said yes, I brought my car in for oil and spark plugs to be changed. After starting the oil change they said they couldn't due the spark plugs and to drive to the albany location . I explained that was not possible and the reason I called beforehand. Then they said they could change them but it would cost extra, about 300 extr for 2.5 hours to change the plugs . A wild price increase. They continued the oil change which I would have done elsewhere if I knew they were going to hassle me on price for spark plugs. After the change I got home and 20 minutes later oil is everywhere leaking under my car. I've never had any issues with my car until this point, not one. So now my car out of oil and the engine misfiring. They told me to bring it back down . Bell no I'm not ever bringing any vehicle there again, I put my trust in their word and their skill and was left in a much worse position than I was before going there. I will keep this post updated as I can assure the. I am not going to let this slide. A follow up 8 months later. The total damage was a broken oil line due to too much pressure being placed on it by the person doing the change, while this can happen on my specific car it SHOULDNT happen is what i was told be mechanics and the maker of the car. The total damage was arounnd 1700. When they contacted me they offered to refund me but not because of the damage. The refund was only availiable if i removed my review and that should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about this specific jiffy lube. I dont know if its owned by a local person or how many but if you have an option PLEASE for the sake of your car find someone else because its simply just not worth the risk taking your car to a place that has no care in the world in they damage your car. Not the person working on it , not the manager and not the owner. Good luck out there shiftylube you guys are a real piece of work

Staff appeared to be professional. I was shocked at the price of almost $100 for a simple oil change. Ouch! After I left I found out that one of the staff had signed their work. VERY disappointed. We are now in LaPine OR so can't go back to the shop. I will add that since I posted the above review, the owner contacted me and we had a great discussion. He offered a free service and to get the car cleaned. I am convinced that he will follow up with his staff and correct the issues. As a result I changed the overall rating.

It was a really great experience got super fast and great customer service by all parties involved The only thing is that my check engine light came on after leaving and today is Labor Day holiday so they're not open so I'm unable to figure out what is going on! went in today Alex help me he was great great customer service and I will definitely be returning
