I was there Saturday 1/28/23. Between 2:45 and 4:45 pm When I pulled in the was 2 cars in the bays and 3 cars waiting. I waited 2 hours and still wasn’t in a bay. There were 2 guys walking around like they were lost. One guy spent 5 minutes talking to someone that pulled up that wasn’t even waiting for service. Different faces every time you go there. I have been going there for 2 years but never again

I supposed to have a transmission flush for $200 and all they did was drained and filled stay away it's ripoff and I was low 2qt of transmission fluid

More expensive than a jiffy lube in Denver (where the cost of living is twice as high). Came for an inspection for Uber and paid $47. The service was slow and the employees weren't friendly. Waited an extra ten minutes for the guy to take my payment. I 100% believe the other 1 star reviews. Take your cars elsewhere.

Jiffy lube on Church St. in Conway, SC all the crew were very professional. I arrived and by 20 minutes I paid and all complete.

Bad business don’t do any business with them at all the 1 star reviews are true asked to have rear rotors and pads put on and for the front just pads it’s my car my money I am paying for it and they told me they “can’t” do it because I don’t have the front rotors and I have to have the rotors done in order to have the back put on what kind of business ethics is that how you gonna force someone to get something done that they don’t want done really bad business would not suggest going here at all

Employees and manager were extremely rude and had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes after getting an inspection feeling very disappointed and disrespected.

I was going to go to Walmart for a $35 oil change but the line was around the building. So I went to Jiffy Lube. No other customers. When they were done, the guy hands me a bill for $155! $40 for an air filter that Walmart has for $10. I've got a picture of the bill I'm spreading on social media if anybody wants to see it.

I went in for an inspection for Uber thought it was going to be a long process but the whole thing was quick and easy. The inspection price was very affordable. I would highly recommend to friends and family

Before moving to CONway, I had my late model SUV serviced for years at the Jiffy Lube in Florence, SC. I never experienced any issues. Because I work from home, I drive very little. I pulled into this location for an oil change and they asked me to place my keys inside their little black box. I have always waited in the vehicle and I’ve never been asked to do this. It could be a new safety rule; I’m not sure. After the $130 “basic” oil change, their guy came back and told me I needed new brakes and rotors (around $1200 total). I’ll admit to knowing nothing about vehicles, so I initially agreed. While waiting, I remembered that this was a pre owned, certified vehicle that I purchased less than two years ago. I made a quick call and it turns out this was correct. I asked that they cancel the brake job. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic with a great reputation and had it checked. I also had the dealership check it. Both agreed that the brakes should be good for another 12K-15K miles. Based on the fact that I drive less than 8K miles a year, that’s quite a while away. Needless to say, this place will never get any of my business again. I’ll use local businesses and dealerships exclusively. I should have known something was up when they took my keys. Avoid. This. Place.

My wife came in for a car inspection for Uber. They said they can’t pass it because our car needs 4 new brakes which would be 1200 dollars. We just got this car, have had no problems with the brakes , no brake dust or anything. Needless to say we took it to another shop where it passed. If you are a female don’t go alone as they will try to take advantage of you.
