I came in for a simple oil change, though I am overdue for a very thorough maintenance on my car, because I had a 3-hr road trip that I had to do the next day. At first, I was afraid that I would not be able to get it done because this was around 4pm, but they were open till ~7-7:30 pm. The people here were so good about explaining the services that I am due for with my car, and the status of how what service I could put off because my car was in better shape than I expected. There was no pressure to have all these additional services done, and what to keep in mind to do at my next tuning up, whenever I get the chance to stop by. Everyone was very friendly and informative, and so approachable with conversation. They were also very helpful in giving me an idea how long my current oil change would take, and how long future services would take, since I feel I am always pressed for time. I will definitely be coming back for the additional tune-up services that I need done on my car, rather than going to the dealership's auto shop!! Usually by car stays there almost the whole day, and I have a long wait in the waiting room, or have someone pick me up. That was a big deterrent for why I waited so long to get just my oil changed!

Showed up late afternoon on Tuesday before storm with a bad battery. The place at location #3343 Singleton in Conway was very busy. To the rescue was William the Manager on duty. He took care of me immediately & had me in and out in 1 hour. He has outstanding customer service skills & is an absolute asset to this Jiffy Lube. Between him & Gus this is a wonderful place for taking care of my car. Always have a fabulous experience & am always sure that my car maintenance is spot on. Cannot say enough about William & Gus. Keep up the outstanding job you men do. Very Happy Customer!!!

They lowered my bill from $96 to $38. I was expecting to pay $20. I understand that they need to make money, but first put your own eyeballs on it. I have pulled motors out of cars. I can replace my own manifold gaskets my own brakes my own starter, alternator, calipers, lower control arm, upper control arm, rack and pinion for my steering. I will tell you right now this place is not for you. I went in for a simple $20 oil change, was handed a bill for almost $100. Thank God I knew what I was doing or else. I left with an estimate for $1,184. They told me my brakes, spark plugs, transmission fluid needed to be changed and that is incredibly funny considering I just changed my front brakes less than 6 months ago. So $20 turned into $96. And I saw this poor old lady sitting in the office waiting for her oil to be changed and I can't imagine what they must have gotten her for. This is a company that feeds off of sales, they are required to inspect your vehicle and find problems that you are not looking for. If you're driving in there with an old clunker. Go ahead and get the work done, but as for me I don't think I'm going to go ahead and not return here. Labor was $884 of the $1,184. I don't know anybody that charges that much for labor. It would be cheaper getting it done at a car dealership. Just do your due diligence, and be mindful. Commission is everything to some. But I know how to do most of this work myself and it should not cost that much. I was respectful and then I left. If you get fooled then that's your own fault.

This female who gave the diagnostic and took my payment spoke to me as if I was stupid. You're the one who's working at jiffy lube, honey. We'll take our vehicle fleet elsewhere from now on.

The service was fast, professional and kept you informed through out the whole process. They had a new employee amongst them and she, sorry forgot her name, was very professional and I know you will do a great job and will fit in well with all the others. Excellent care, professional yet personable. Took care of needs working with and for me quickly. Totally trust the service. Starts from manager on down. Take time even when stopping to check air or fluids in courteous positive way.

I typically use a different Jiffy Lube location. But last night, because I’m dumbass, I dumped two extra quarts of oil into my engine (long story). I called up this location since it was closer to my house. And they took out the extra two quarts, and did not even charge me for it. I’ve been impressed with all my service with Jiffy lube since moving to South Carolina. They’re trained, proactive, and extremely attentive to what’s going on with your vehicle. But equally as important, customer service is PARAMOUNT. And they crush it.

Beware! My daughter’s young friend went here for a simple oil change in her first car. They charged her $400 out the door. They supposedly did an unnecessary radiator flush at the tune of $159. She was unaware of what this was or why she needed it.They also charged her $50 for an AIR FILTER, and another 50$ for oil additives. It’s 2024 and they are still taking advantage and upselling young girls and women. (Looking at reviews this happens here ALOT) I called the same night and spoke with Gus who said he would let the general manager know in the morning. I was called back by Will Smith the next morning. I let him know that not only did they take advantage and over charged that she now has an engine sensor not working and her car was stalling. He said to bring it back in, that his mechanics must have knocked it loose or damaged it. (We know this because she had the car scanned prior to arrival and then again after she left when it started stalling- the sensor showed up on the scan AFTER the oil change). She went back this afternoon, I asked they refund her for the radiator flush that they clearly knew she didn’t need and fix her sensor. Will then spoke with another manager who tried to cover their tracks. He said they would refund her for the air filter and engine additive and pay for the part and warranty their work and that was worth $240. So your telling me your doing her a favor by fixing something you broke? Then he tried to claim it wasn’t them that caused the sensor failure 😂 we have time stamped scans on that car and it can’t be more clear it was in fact your fault. Tried to mansplain to me how it works. I’m aware. I’m not stupid and don’t appreciate you speaking to me like I am. I insisted they refund her the radiator flush and fix the sensor. He refused. I explained I would be writing this as well as disputing with her bank and making a consumer protection report. He refused to make it right. This is not only disappointing but so incredibly frustrating. Go to your local mechanic, they don’t pull these stunts. I will never go to a jiffy lube again. I will be filing a report with consumer protection and the BBB. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you will have more return business by doing the right thing and gaining trust from your customers instead of scamming people.

Went in for an oil change today and was in and out within 30 minutes! Gus was amazing and straight to the point with what I wanted/needed. Gus has amazing customer service skills and was super reliable! Will definitely be back!

Website says OPEN drove all the way there and you’re closed. Unnecessarily aggravated,not raining at all.Poor way to run a business.
